It seems like any time a Pens player even touches a Devil the whistle blows. Absolutely fucking pathetic. Pens take 10 penalties. Devils take 4(?) Wouldn't bother me so much if the officiating was consistent. Pens get two roughing calls hitting a player whose back is towards the boards, a Devil does it the very next shift and no call. Good fucking lord.
