This teams defense has been pretty bad. Granted Mitchell and Greene are out and likely done for the year but it shows we have hardly in depth in our system on defense.

Quick has not been playing well. Thats a simple fact. Last year he would never give up a goal like he did today.

They had a lot of shots today but a good portion of them were right into Howard.

Their offense is gone again and it looks like Carter, Kopitar and Clifford are the only ones trying out there most nights.

The one game they have looked great in was in Phoenix. If the team had something positive going for them, id comment on them.

Honestly LA looks to me the same as they did most of last year... the team that squeaked into the playoffs. They got hot at a very good time and steamrolled opponents, and were rewarded for it justly. Now that the pressure is off and stakes are lower, they look like they're falling back into bad old habits, or just not trying as hard.

You have key injuries and suffering from a Cup hangover. Not to mention you traded a lot of depth on the blueline and in your pool for streaky guys like Carter and Richards.. there's going to be bad periods. You're stuck with those guys, for good (the Cup run) and bad (the low-motivation slacking periods).

Also your team is averaging 21 SOGs against per game...they have the best Fenwick raiting of any team in the league. They're going to snap out of this and quick. You don't perform as badly as they have for so long when you're doing everything else right.

It's a game and has 0 impact on your life besides what you invest yourself, and you have nothing to do with your teams' success.

Sports are entertaining and I enjoy making the jokes about them and talking with you folks about them. People getting too upset about games and how people root for their teams.

The key is to want your team to win but also hate them at the same time. And hate all the other retarded fans.

Agreed, his rules are more for football where they play like 11 games a season. The cup hangover year is the only season you shouldn't really complain since your team is probably still drunk. After that they need to get back to providing your life with meaning.
