Let's break this down for you since you're apparently moving into Plow levels of retardation here. Do try to follow along here because I'm tired of repeating myself.

A. Canadiens finished dead last in their division last year with 75 points.
B. Their roster is largely the same.
C. You're basing your entire stance on a 15 game sampling. Remember how Toronto started out last year? 9 - 5. One win less than the Habs have now. I'm basing my stance on an 82 game season.
D. I never said the Canadiens suck. I said it was surprising they were #2 in the conference.
E. I stated they are overachieving. Which based upon last year's 82 game season where they finished last with largely the same team, would validate my statement.

Ur bets pretty shitty for me to take, theres a 2 in 13 (more like 2 in 8, but still low) chance i win that bet. Give me finish in top 2 of division with option to opt out if any major injuries occur (price injured long term, to define major), and ill accept. Seeing as how my premise is that this team isnt over achieving, i propose exemption of the bet if we lose a major key player (price, or two top skaters) since at that point its not the same team.

If the habs fall apart so bad they miss the playoffs, u can ban me till the cup finals.

NO STOP IT I DON'T CARE I JUST SAID THEY ARE OVERACHIEVING LOL!!! I'm the one that would have to theoretically buy a Habs jersey though. So I'll do an exemption if Price is injured for 10 games or more or placed on IR etc. But if they lose skaters, oh well. I'll give you top 5 finish as opposed to top 4.
