April Fool's two days before trade deadline = not cool
April Fool's two days before trade deadline = not cool
Look at it this way, you would have been going insane with French related anger if anyone in this thread laughed or joked that Patches deserved to get his neck broken etc. Now I'm not so naive as to compare a broken jaw to a broken neck but the principle is still there.
Talbot season might be over
The good news Flyers season is also almost over
Today is Holiday why is there no afternoon games!
Ottawa bout the do the same
OTTAWA - The National Hockey League has long since moved on from the Matt Cooke incident-Erik Karlsson, but the owner of the Ottawa Senators, he did not budge.
Eugene Melnyk told on Wednesday to show "Prime Time Sports" radio network Sportsnet, he hired a pathologist to establish that Cooke intentionally hurt the defender, who was left with a lacerated tendon Achilles, ending his season.
"I will prove whether it was intentional or not. I think it was, but he must prove it. Force that the shoe should have to go through a low, a second pair, then through the skin, muscle and tendon then ... then there is this guy is very good or very lucky, "said Melnyk.
It is the intention to present the results of the investigation to the NHL once it is completed.
"I'm going to present this (Brendan) Shanahan and Gary (Bettman) and then they can decide if they want to speak publicly if I'm right ... And if I'm wrong, I'll be wrong.
"You have to call in the professionals for evidence: doctors, forensic scientists can do. This is being done in Toronto, "said Melnyk.
Cooke was not suspended for this act committed on February 13, as NHL concluded an accident.
No I really don't. The guy just looks like an idiot with how far he's taking this. Let it fucking go. It was an accident.
What annoy me with the owner of the sens is that he's sending a message to the league saying dude we are lucky to still be in playoffs but you just hurt the only worthwhile player on our team
At least when that Pacioretty stuff happens habs didnt do much they did complain yes, but not as far as ottawa
The Fans did most of the shit
Actually, a friend of mine WAS saying that, whos a huge boston everything fan. People (not just him) were saying he did deserve what he got because "he shoved chara". We wanted to ram his face into a wall and laugh about it.
Although, you do have to find SOME irony in this:

I think they showed a 3rd incident with it happening, but I cant find it
Both times it was off a Penguin initiating the shot/pass too
Should just bench him against the Isles.
I didn't know you were friends with Jack Edwards.
