Which penalties exactly? The only one that seemed questionable was the Elbowing on Gerbe...not the elbowing penalty itself, because his elbow clearly smacked Eller in the face, but how Eller didnt wind up with a holding penalty on that. I can assure you, me and my friends here were also laughing at how that wasnt a penalty on Eller, so for that one, I will agree with you. But the rest of these, which one was "typical Montreal"?

Not the high stick where Ott's fucking nose got cut open, but the refs must have not wanted to give a 5v3?

Not the high-sticking on Hecht after Gahlagher (I think) took an extra shot at Miller after the play was dead and Hecht just pushed him back?
Not the terrible holding call at the end of the game on Hecht that was barley anything?

Oh and the Gerbe elbowing thing was double shit because instead of Buffalo getting the PP (which they probley would have given up a SHG to MTL anyways), Buffalo went on the PK.

2-I covered it, Gerbe's penalty was legit, but it should have been offset by Eller's holding.
3-I dunno why it was called high sticking instead of cross checking, but Hecht cross checked Gallagher a good 3-4 times WELL after the play was dead, thats going to get called 100% of the time.
4-I stopped paying attention at that point, wont lie.

That is probably the worst thing to come out of the lockout. The refs have been shit this year and calling them on it is now a fucking bench minor. No way in hell we'll see that Mickey Mouse shit in the playoffs.

1st one, haha funny how the Habs fan misses the blatant 4 minute double minor high sticking to make it a 5v3 for Buffalo.

For the 3rd, yeah Hecht got his stick high and hit him but how many times do you see that in every other game and its not called. On top of that why not give Gallagher the extra penalty for taking a few extra swipes at Miller and make it a 4 on 4 at least. Had to give Montreal the PP of course considering the ref that was making about 5 of their PP calls was Dave Jackson who is from Montreal, i wonder who he wanted to win.

Regarding the 2nd, you're right if he hit him call it but also call the holding and make it 4v4 not a PP for Montreal.
