Was playing poker last night but had the game on in the background. The young kid Corrado we brought up had a solid night for his first NHL game. The way the Canucks played last night made me believe we might actually have some good games in the playoffs. Roy continues to be the best deadline pick up we've gotten in years. He looked great with Higgins.

I still have no fucking clue about this teams identity or style of play. It seems to change every 4-5 games. I'm just so happy the season is almost done. Playoff thread is imminent. Moose nooses for everyone in Alberta!

Oddly despite getting pretty vastly outplayed last night the Hawks outhit them, which is the one category they almost never lead in at the end of a game...though I guess it's easier to rack up hits when you never have the puck.
