Rangers worry me in the first round. And surprisingly enough so do the Isles. Here's why. The last time the Pens were this stacked and favorites to win the Stanley Cup was 92-93(I think.) They played the Isles. And the Isles upset them. I am nothing if not superstitious. I'd rather have Ottawa tbh.

Islanders have been very strong the last month or so. I don't think they'd beat the Pens but it wouldn't be an ass handling- and you never know in the playoffs, which usually has upsets every-fucking-where. Nabokov could get hot while Fleury plays poorly and freaks out, never know! It'll be fun to make our picks for the first round.

Vanek/Miller both signed through next season, in theory they could wait to trade mid-season for a rental if they're not in the running. But Miller put his plush townhouse condo in Buffalo up for sale so hes probably asking for a trade / knowing somethings coming.
