If you just want to level your pokemon, do the rotation battles at the 3 star restaurant with level 3 exp power. Best way I've found to get experience.

Maybe F since I might breed more if I'm not happy with IVs or whatever. Ideally adamant and with stuff like high Speed/Attack/HP IVs. But for something like Birabel, I use it for BP whoring with Moody so ideally it shouldn't have terrible IV's anywhere except SP.A since it has to take hits and what not.

I don't have any Adamant or Moody Bidoof's and all the female Bidoof's I have have terrible IV's but I have a Male with 5 IV's HP - Attack - Defense - S. Attack and Speed it has Timid nature.

It's not moody, although Setsuko has a Water Safari with Bibarel and Wartortle.
