Why did they get rid of the battle tower mode where you had to choose from a pool of pokemon?
that shit was fun

they typically leave features like that out in the first installment
it'll prob be in VERSION Z
Well, would have to drop at least one of those for protect to use every other turn, but dragon claw/EQ might be viable. I still worry about the risk of not having sub though against anything that survives the first hit. Imagine making it to like 49 and being put up against a Carbink with sturdy -- survives the first hit, wipes you out with moonblast..
Just got the durant though, so time to start looking at movepools~
Edit: and Tokekiss has no weaknesses with that strategy.. Maybe fire instead of EQ..
Confirmed:
Maxing out all O-Powers to Lv3 doesn't change your trainer card color.
Back to spamming Hatching Power when I finally finish my Kalos Dex.
been messing about with Breeding for 7 hours, spent 3 hours farming Ditto's none had more then 2 Superior EV's but i'm not surehow the list is ranked
e.g Avarage > decent > Outstanding > Superior?
Is there a cap on number of boxes you can have? Do they stop giving you boxes after a certain point? D: The eevees cannot be contained
I'm at 31 (or 32) boxes and appear to not be getting any more
Yeah, 31 + the battle box is max. It's like 900 Pokemon, but it's remarkable how quickly you fill it up..
And you've done all the ones that can't be used on others too? Well, that's disappointing.. These are the ones that are confirmed:
So far the known colors are Green > Blue > Black > Silver > Gold, but there's supposedly a 6th rank.Defeat the Elite Four
Complete Kalos Pokédex Dex
Battle through one of the Battle Maison facilities and defeat the leader at the 50th streak
Dragonite with Weakness Policy and Multi scale is OP as fuck.
Finally figured out what I'm going to do -- Tyranitar with Dragon Dance, Sub, Protect, and Crunch. Nothing is immune or absorbs dark moves, right?
Anyone want to trade for a shiny level 18 male Eevee with Adamant nature and 31 Attack, Defense, SpDef IV's, no EV trained, for a shiny Zoura/Zoroark with SpAttack nature and with ATLEAST 30/31 SpAttack and Speed IV's, hit me up with a PM
omgomgomgomgomgomg
I just bred a 5 Perfect IV Shiny Eevee ;;!! Even has a decent Nature (DEF- Speed+) hrrrrrrrrrrrrng ... Going to make it... Glaceon(My Favorite foreverest)? (I'd almost wanna turn it into Sylveon just to see its Shiny Sprite). Open to suggestions though. Espeon looks good as far as actual use goes. Jolteons not too bad, real quick. Glaceon is nice Def/Spatk wise but very slow... and a lot of weaknesses. Despite being my favorite its not to competitive.
Also:
Man, must be something in the water. I plan on breeding Zoroa next, If i get one... I'll be happy to trade :D (Don't hold your breath >_>)
So I'm changing up my Dragonite a bit and it demands a change in IVs I think. I originally had max Atk and then split the rest in Def and SpDef
But now I'm going with Choice Band Outrage (or something else if they have a Fairy on the bench.) Do I just go for Atk/Spd? I know multi-scale helps with damage at least for 1 hit, but after that... and since it's speed isn't all that great to begin with, it may end up loosing speed priority most of the time anyway.
If you are doing choice band for dragonite do 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
absolutely no idea what that means. I'm assuming 252atk/spd is its atk/spd stat at lv100, but the 4hp, I have no idea. and also my dragonite's only 90, so the 252 number wouldn't be much help either.
This is probably your best bet, Though honestly 80 Speed is a bit slow... Most pokemon will outclass it, While on the other he has a decent HP pool which inches me toward a HP/ATK Ev spreed. But with Choice Band the idea is to kill first, and speed is important... Still... pouring it into speed is banking on your opponents fast pokemon are neither IV or EV Trained, or using one of the few derpingly slow Pokemon that are generally found.
Which isn't a bad idea...
Er, EV's cap out at 252, and have a total of.. I think (Edit) 510 or so. So with 2 capped EV's (252/252 = 504), Meaning theres going to be 6 Points left over, which you would dump into HP. Those numbers aren't the %/AMount your stats raise, But rather a ... Uh... http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/EV
Unless i misunderstood you and/or Him
Edit: Also, If anyone needs some Eevee's with 4/6 or 5/6 IV's (Lots of HP/Atk/Def/Spat/Spdef) still trying to get a good Speed'r
