you can't pass moves on within the same species like that. if it can learn it in its line, it has to learn it that way.

Yes, egg moves can be passed down by either parent now -- so having a female dragonite is not a problem. If you want to pass down a move between the two same pokemon that they learn through leveling, both parents need to know it.

well, it is a problem because a female dragonite and male Gabite make a dratini and thus it's a level up move and not an egg move and thus can't be learned by the dratini at lv1

Negatory on the wish. But if you have a wish Pokemon i can toss you a 5IV Eevee and make your job a bit easier.

so a lot of people aren't to happy with Heracross this gen (no idea why there unhappy as in its under powered) Heracross knows Megahorn and close combat (both 120 power) can learn Earthquake swords dance/bulk up has a lot of pure power and has hidden ability Moxie, its only real concern is flying and fire types so i'm pretty happy with using him as my Ageislash killer

Heracross is easily stuck in a tier below whatever Talonflame goes in.

4x weak to priority Flying that's pretty damn common at the moment forces that. Sucks, but thems the breaks.

There's also alot more flying in theory due to the defog buff. It has it's place(never use mega form since it's weaker than the moxie and guts versions though) but it's also going to have to deal with more threats to it's safety now. Talonflame dies to rocks so have those out and swap to a tank with lots of HP and Talon is basically done for. It's mostly so popular due to it raping the blaziken spam going around.

Oddly enough, it's one good reason to have a Scolipede leading for Talonflame. Most Stealth Rockers don't appreciate a +2 Earthquake, and after a Baton Pass, you've got a +2 Speed/+2 Atk Talonflame in full "kill you all" mode. Flying + Fire pretty much gives you at least neutral hits on anything between Flare Blitz + Brave Bird.

i do agree with mega form been weaker (altho from what i've seen one moxie kill then mega = mega death) and a gale wing Talonflame with brave bird should out speed a speed boost blaziken

There's not even any "outspeeding" to be done; Brave Bird would be +1 priority.

I cant tell if you've made me want to add topsy turvy to a smeargle for fun or not. It's fun as hell doing that to baton passers. (not that I get to battle often since im breeding shit like mad)My last battle was a doubles where I swapped in ditto to steal his boosts and then malamar reversed all his boosts after he passed em to aggron.

I just hate being a Taunt bitch, which is why I usually go with EQ instead of laying Spikes. Besides, once you're passing, it's sweep time and hazards don't get you as far. And it lets you Dance and sometimes get the sweep started with Scolipede before you have to Pass back, meaning you can possibly get +3 or more to whatever's next in line with Speed Boost.

Can be bought with Pokemiles and Pokemon with the Pickup ability can find them running around as well.

lotto and i think one of the battle area's sells it for 48 bp or get a 6 man team of high level pick uppers (unless its been removed from there list)
