Is there a way to check if my EVs are capped? I calculated while I used horde method but I want to make sure it's right. It's really annoying not to be able to see a concrete visual number, urgh.

Go to super training and try to do the respective training. It should say your stats can't go up any higher if you have it capped.

There was confirmation on Serebii forums that PokeRadar chaining results in guaranteed 31IVs, in addition to the shiny chance.

0-20: No guarantee
21-40: 1 Guaranteed 31
41-60: 2 Guaranteed 31s
61++: 3 Guaranteed 31s


I.e. if you are amazing at keeping a chain alive, you have a 1/400ish? chance of getting a 5IV Ditto in freaking Pokemon Village. And better than a 1/32 chance of a 4IV.

Ditto Safari might be easier, but if you're solid at chaining, Poke Village is the hotspot.


Note: GETTING A SHINY DOESN'T END THE CHAIN! You keep getting the 31s based on your chain total. The shiny chance rate resets it seems, but builds back up.

And I just mathed it out: that's a 9.1%ish chance of a minimum 4IV Ditto with a 61+ chain.

It's pretty frustrating. I watched a few YouTube vids and got some tips from a friend that hit 97. I've gotten up to 38 on Dittos. I've only tried like 10 chains too.

Bring TONS of repel. Don't start catching until 61+ really.

Follow most of the rules people say. There are also more than just 3 levels of shaky grass/flowers so be really careful. The noises help too--use your volume.

I've got Sylveon (HP & Sp. DEF IV's), and an Umbreon (HP, DEF, Sp. DEF IV's) and I'm currently EV training a Vaporeon (HP, DEF IV's) and a Leafeon (HP, ATK, DEF IV's)

For the last two, what would you recommend? I still have Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, and Glaceon to pick from.

Speaking of which, where the fuck do you take an Eevee to evolve to Glaceon anyway? Where's the spot?

espeon and jolteon without a doubt.

Inside the snow cave nearby the indoor river you cross it with surf to get to the other side where there is an icy rock on the lower level.
