sure. team is built for 3v3 though so you will prob destroy me
Been breeding scyther's all night and I am getting so screwed on destiny knot IV transfers. Ditto and Scyther are both 2x 31 IV's and I am only transferring over one. SMH.
Why a ditto? Never understood bringing a ditto into a team. If you're considering doing doubles, I'd replace Azumarill with Poliwrath with Water Absorb (I'd have to spend more time looking at their move pools though). You could open with Greninja and Poliwrath, Mat Block and Belly Drum the first turn, then either use surf or a targeted water attack to heal up Poliwrath and go to town. Unless I missed something, you don't have anything with Rain Dance or Drizzle, so I'd also replace Hurricane with Boomburst on Noivern.
If you're only transferring one, this might not help too much.. but I've been using a destiny knot+ one of the power items to try to increase my odds of getting 3s to work from.
323g wwww www3 xbf9 should explain ditto easily enough.
Hurricane has stab on Noivern so it's essentially a 165BP move,2x draco meteor also does slightly more damage than 2x boomburst and noivern should never be staying after the 3rd turn.I like to save meteor for when I'm finishing off a mon or expecting a switch and flamethrower gets nerfed in rain which leaves hurricane. Boomburst is good in doubles though so I'll eventually level my spares to be more doubles oriented.
Power Item cancels out the destiny knot was one of the first things I heard.
Just picked up a 3DS and Pokemon Y today - Serebii still the place to go? I got a lot of hours of catching up ahead of me.
Yeah Serebii is good..
I just got on to play a few rating battles for "fun" and came up against two annoying fucking stall teams. Blood pressure is twice as high now.
omg you can be a black boy/girl in this? I have no idea what to make now, choosing between boy/girl was hard enough.
Personally it takes the fun out of the game when their entire strategy relies on confusion proc or paralysis proc. First battle ended up close but opponent had an easy type advantage in our 1v1. Second one was just terrible... fucking substitute Klefki. Klefki could be deleted from the game and I really wouldn't mind.
This is what I was running:
Spoiler: show
Any advice is appreciated, just know I didn't plan this team - I've just been building pokes and they trying out different combos. This one was working really well in the Battle Maison so I wanted to try it online.
1. I probably wouldn't run Vaporeon against real people for 3v3s. It's just not worth it and will get owned by status with no quick way to dispatch the opponent it or block the status. Even stopping just one Wish with a Para proc means game over for the thing.
2. Mega Scizor is a waste of a Mega Evolve. Throw a Life Orb at it if you don't want to Choice Band it. I wouldn't put Roost on it either. But, you can still run it as a Mega I guess if you want to do this:
3. Run Talonflame with a Life Orb. It's going to die anyway and in 3v3 you don't need it living more than two Pokes. The damage is more than worth taking. Brave Bird + Life Orb puts Acro to shame. BB, FB, Uturn, and SD on that bird is the way to go.
Also, stuff that works in Maison is not necessarily the best against real people. Don't use it as a benchmark.
