i do agree its hard to say its as broken as mega Gengar but i can see why it's broken

Yep. Basically a "cleric"- Heal Bell, Recover, Safeguard, and a False Swipe-wannabe called "Hold Back". Be interesting if it's not a Normal type move for the last one.
