I really wish Pokemon would let you have two save files. I really want to start fresh, but I've put a very large amount of time into the game.
But if I don't start fresh then I really don't think I'd ever play the game again, like maybe ever. But I also don't want to lose all that progress. Blaaarg!
I'll probably end up deleting my save... sigh

At least there's the bank to store your pokemon now. But yeah I've wished there was multi saves on pokemon games since gen 1.
I'm sure there will be an announcement for another pokemon game in the next few months anyway. Z? X/Y2? Argon and Neon? Only time will tell.

there was word around jan another game was already in development but not sure if that's the +1 version or Gen 7

=/ the main thing that made me put Gen6 down was the ridiculousness of the Maison. Screw that. The different mechanics and challenge of each Battle Frontier facility made it way more of an entertaining post-game.

Plus, playing against other people with different builds and such is much easier and faster on Showdown, so...

That crap happened to me too. Around the 130s. There's almost nothing you can do about it too.

I've had all kinds of bad Maison adventures at the 70-130 range that I just said fuck it and got Starfs from someone else.

Going for a living dex - having one of each Pokemon in order in my boxes. Apparently I don't have an Arceus (I must have traded it or something?) despite having it in my dex in BW2. You probably won't enjoy it unless the issue is time constraint. This game gets boring as fuck after the Elite 4 unless you are into online battles.

I picked up X on release, beat it and got bored. Then got a free download of Y and have been playing that. I just can't commit. Honestly I'm more psyched for the Ruby remake out later this year, but I want to have some pokemon leveled for trading by then.

I dunno if I'd go that far. Several of us really binged the game for a few months there. Has the interest died down? Sure, but it was fun while it lasted.
