yeah, I was about lv 10 when I got to the first gym. Now Im 33 and haven't even reached the 2nd gym.
The spacing between the first two gyms is enormous. No idea how it is with the other gyms.

Got the 2nd badge an hr or so ago so it isn't that far after you get either fossil.

Also the 4th gym leader makes Pryce look young. hes at least 140 years old, oh and he calls you a whipper snapper

Always always end up picking pokemon weak to Fighting, Fire, or Ground. It just happens. 4/6 my team or more. Every time.

Beat the game. Gotta say this was easily the easiest game so far when it comes to grinding levels on pokes. Alot of its the way exp share works now but man I went into Elite 4 with my Blaziken at level 80 and everything else in the 70s. Mega Blaziken Roflstomps so hard its speed boost ability is total overkill. Just got mega Alakazam and Mewtwo as well.

Grinding was miles easier then it was in Black 2. and in black 2 it was miles easier then any game before it. Still probably the best Pokemon game ever released

Only took like couple hours longer then B/W but that was only because I had to work yesterday. Honestly I always beat these games in like a day if you can even call beating Elite 4 beating the game.
