Also hearing PKRS may effect the training sessions still, so doubling it + the double up bag.. need to confirm. Just got pkrs myself.

I thought Wild Pikachu can sometimes be found with one, But It doesn't look that way in B/W, IDK if it will be that way in this generation. A lot of it is event item based.

Not yet. It'll be like going from 4->5. A one way transfer via Nintendo's new Pokemon Bank app in December

Can definitely confirm light ball on wild Pikachu, if you don't feel like catching 8 billion of them just run someone with Thief. Also helps find rate if you keep something with the static ability in slot 1 of your party as it'll increase the encounter rate of electric types

Really wish games would let you skip the credits. Does anyone even read them and not just look away from the screen and do something else?

Is the game just going to let me know how to access this friend safari place thing after the credits are done, or do I have to do some extra stuff?

i looked away and was pissed when i noticed there was text coming up on the 2nd screen i missed (which seemed to say different shit in french?)

also you can hold down A during the credits to speed them up.

the game will send you to a town immediately after you restart (well to lumoise then a new town) and the safari is in that town

Well that would explain it. I've got the habit of skipping text in games that I don't care about and it's hardly ever a problem. This game however... there's no way to find out what you need to do next if you misses it or forgot.

Okay, so I got friend safari now. Are the types and 3 pokemon attached to them permanent, or do they change overtime?
And out of curiosity, what determines the type/pokemon?

Some algorithm based on Friend Code I'd imagine. So far the types/pokemon are permanent yeah
