You can get moonblast from the move relearner and dazzling gleam TM from one of the later gyms, but I don't think it gets any fairy moves from leveling.

So far one of them is up to 7. And they're all awesome.

The people spreading that rumor needs to be shot, I've tipped 1000$ at every location throughout the game.
Also, one of my friends got a shiny Scatterbug(FUCK THIS, IT LOOKS FANTASTIC ALL SHINY AND SHIT) and a shiny Pikachu(meh, but still...) in the first god damned fucking 20 minutes of the game in that first forest.
Since then he's gotten a 3rd. Guy has barely 10 hours. If I didn't hold his 3DS myself I would have called him a liar.

Pokemon needs to quit toying with my heart.

In case you can't tell, this whole shiny business has been screwing with me for the past week as each person I know has to rub in the shiny in my face and tell me how wonderful their new shiny pokemon is. Grr...

Incidentally, if you breed a shiny will the offspring be shiny as well? Or say you have a shiny Eevee or something, if you stone it will its evo be shiny? I would guess not but it would be cool... I dream of a shiny Eeveelution army...

I feel for that one guy who was telling me how the only shiny he had was a Magikarp. It's the worst shiny to get because evolving it makes it less unique. And what good is having a shiny Magikarp?

Increased shiny rates. Nothing is 100%.

Good news though, even though I didn't get a 6IV Mawile, I finally got one with 4IVs that I wanted.
HP, Attack, Defense, Special Defense. I'm calling it good.
