Last pokemon was gold, and I played that one ultra casually lol. I might have breed a pikachi for a pichu or something, but ive been staying away till the next big thing. Well...here it is lol.

Apparently there are wild Eevees in Black/White 2, but I haven't found them yet because that game lost me about halfway through.

In BW2 they are in Castelia City (3rd gym), in a grassy area accessed via the sewers. I didn't stick around long enough to find one because they have like a 5% spawn rate, but habitat list told me they was there.

^ Yup, I caught one there in BW2. I know if you use the repel+pokemon at a certain level trick, you will run into an eevee no problem. Just are a pain to catch though.

New Eevee is bug type. Name is Nympheon. The bow looking things are butterfly shaped. This hasn't been announced or anything, but it's pretty effing obvious.

The ・ is a butterfly shape.

I don't think it'd be bug. just doesn't look bug-like.

yeah, I believe they all aren't all that great.

jp name for it is Ninfia. Don't think that helps as much as the other eeveelutions names, since the others were a lot more obvious. Showers, Thunders, Boosters, Blacky(lol), Leafia, Glacia, though Espeon's name is Eifie, which is a little tricky.

I remember Umbreon being awesome in G/S, but that might be because there wasn't much to dark types yet. I wanted Glaceon to be awesome (so much so that I had one as an alternate in my team from Diamond), but it really wasn't great.. I have a friend who has a straight Eeveelution team that he uses from time to time. It's never beaten me, but that might be the result of the closest he ever got to EV training was getting favorable natures.

They apparently went with Sylph instead of Nymph. Probably because of the connotations of "nympho-".

It might actually be a new type, since they're keeping the type such a secret.

video of its moves all look Normal type to me. Especially Swift, which is definitely Normal
and assuming the attack with the cards is Trump Card, that's Normal as well.

That is probably so the moves don't give away the type.

Yeah, especially since Eevee can learn Swift and Trump Card, I don't think it's entirely conclusive.

Yep, definitely there- I snagged my first Eevee for the game in the grass there. You can also snag them via Dream World as well, of course.

BW2 actually got me better than BW did. It just feels bigger and has more content. I'm hoping X/Y does the same, even as they make the graphics feel more like the old N64 Colosseum games than the traditional style. Dat Trump Card...
