Like I said, this is true for many people, shiyo just posts more frequently then others, so it stands out more. There is no real need to point it out though. You can look at most other game threads and see the same trend, such as age of conan, tera, phantasy star online 2, ffxiv etc etc. Tons of people building hype -> week later tons of people complaining about something.
Like I said earlier, there is no real need to cause drama over it. This is after all a game discussion thread, where we discuss things about the game (love or hate) not about other people. Some people may want to see "what sucks" about a game before they even play it you know.
I am not trying to BRP here, but Shiyo is not your standard player swapping from one side to the other after experiencing the game and changing their mind. Shiyo flips everyday on every game. It is actually very uninformative because it's all radical love to radical hate, and only small things seem to trigger it.
This isn't drama, it is just an observation. That said, I will heed your advice from here.
Ringthree nailed it on the head, it wasn't an attempt at starting drama or a personal attack. I was just poking fun at an observation I've made from his posts not just from this thread but GW2, WoW and FFXIV and most likely other threads I don't follow.
You are right though Gulkeeva I respect your comment but it was all in the name of humor lol.
I'd like to point out that again, similar things have happened in GW2. The first time they banned a bunch of people but they didn't take ANY action over the cheap rare > precursor glitch and that has completely ruined that portion of the economy for good until they add a better way to get precursors. Also how do you know how many people they banned?
Yeah Anet handled shit HORRIBLY too. Someone interviewed john smith(i forget name..) or some anet guy and those people control less than 5% of the precursors on the AH right now so it got fixed, but still dumb how stupidly rich those people became. I know people who exploited the fuck out of everything in NW since release and haven't been banned once. Anyone who has exploited a single thing should've been perma banned, not just a few people, and not just this incident. Every single exploit should've resulted in a ban.
finally got my weapon set bonus and full BiS on my cleric. 12k gs, only bought pants/shirt since it's the only ones that cant drop from dungeons.
Ok but I'm saying that not even the majority of people that did it in GW2 got banned either so you can't say that Neverwinter handled it any worse than GW2 did. The only difference is that Neverwinter is in beta and glitches/exploits are bound to happen more frequently. As long as they get fixed then it's not that big of an issue.
Cleric is hella fun, this is coming from a guy that never play healer on any MMO. Although, that could say something else too, hahaha. I know couple of people who always play healer class and yet absolutely hate playing cleric. I just think of it as really tanky disc priest.
Finally got the game dl, started a cleric on mindflayer i think? didn't get to play much today, was fun though just getting to the city or whatever
saw some people mention playing with a controller, how you get that going?
What happened to the BG guild?
nothing? idk what you mean

caturday for all the cat abuse during the exploit, they should have given us cat hairbands imo![]()
I know I'm late to this, but you and your friends quit every game! You quit GW2 for awhile, you quit WoW, ect. What does this statement even mean? That's like saying "I sat down at the dinner table and ate, and eventually I got full and got up." So?
I'm not trying to bash you, but sometimes you make these statements, I think, expecting them to have more of an impact than they do; like they sound so grandiose in your head when you read them to yourself but once they hit the air they just... fizzle.
I left the BG guild for a 60 endgame static...also, Shiyo was our leader. Jk, but no one's on when I'm playing.
