Obtaining already paid for expansions

So a long time ago I had ffxi with all expansions including abyssea. After downloading and playing the trial again I decided to reactivate my account. Now using the pol from the trial version I can successively log on and play my character. The issue is none of the expansions are downloaded. I have them already paid for from long time ago but apparently I don't have the files. How can I get them, and put them in the right folder to be able to play them again?

You'll have to forgive me for not being to computer savy. So I download the first or second link, then what? How will I know what files to move around to where?

I don't think what was linked will supply the original install discs. Those are just updates; you still need the original xpac installs I would imagine. The trial version of ffxi does not include any xpac I don't think, so those updates would be useless by themselves.

You will have to torrent/rebuy the install discs if you don't have them anymore. Try to find one that is abyssea edition to have a more complete install. Or see if amazon is having a deal (goes through the original install process though, just all lined up for you). Steam is good too.

Whenever I need to install FFXI on a new system I use Amazon, too. They had the abyssea collection on sale for $10 -- just as good as Steam.
