I picked up a G600 last night. So far so good but need to find a new pc game to play since I quit Rift, and D3 still seems to suck lol.

OH MAN HOW DID I MISS THIS THREAD?!?!?!

I hate hate hate hate Razer. Spent $130 on a Razer Mamba like 2 years ago. Shit lasted 6 months before the wheel squeaked like shit/didn't roll properly. Rubber sides fell off and got goo everywhere. Laser just stopped working randomly.

Called support, they said "Hay sure send us ur mouse and we'll send you another one sometime when we feel like it"

I was all like "Wait wtf am I supposed to do without a mouse?"

    Razer: *shrug* demz the policies

Me: K well I'll just buy a Logitech again, f yer company.

A year later I post a bad review of the product (I forgot for a year or something), then they contact me to "Make things right." I send them an email, then they offer me the opportunity to SEND THEM MY MOUSE THEN IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS ILL GET ANOTHER ONE. I say nothnx. Then they say...

"Hmmmm...how about we include some Razer SWAG?!?! EHHH?"

Me: -_-;;;; How about you guys don't ship me another shitty Mamba, and ship me a mechanical keyboard of the same value or less instead?

    ------2 months later via email-------

Razer: No, can't do that, sry.

Me: WELL THE WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU CONTACT ME FOR? I wrote a shitty review of your mouse because it's a shitty mouse, and you've offered me nothing. Why have you wasted both of our times? I don't care about your product, it's not a big deal. I don't NEED anything from you guys. I bought a shitty product, buyer beware, etc etc.

    -----1 Month later-----

Razer: Ok fine we'll ship you a BlackWidow Ultimate if you ship us your mouse back.

    Me: K cool.

Got the Blackwidow, shit broke within 2 weeks. (Won't power on with the computer half the time, won't power down with the computer half the time, Q button stopped working).

    Razer is awful......

    Obviously.

I know of 1 person who's had good luck with them. But for an "Elite" product company, from my own experience and others that I've heard from, they skimp on production.

My first Naga lasted about... 4-5 years and still does, but if I'm gaming, it'll click several times instead of once. So being happy with my original Naga and loving the pad on the side, I opted for the Naga Epic.

Thing has been nothing but trouble. The first one constantly disconnected and the lights stopped working. I exchanged it for another. "Probably just a dud, my last Naga was fine!" I get this one and use it for a day only for the same problems to arise. Ok, whatever let's try the firmware thing again. That got the lights back, but still had the frequent disconnects. Just dealt with it and said whatever because at this point I'm broke. Just last week, lights go off again and more frequent disconnects along with the mouse cursor starting to get stuck on a single Y-coordinate and only able to move left or right. Awaiting Razer support...

Also had to decide between a naga and the g600. Since I always rocked Logitech and even my oldest (~6 years) still works, I opted for the g600. It takes some days to get used to it, especialy if you are the type of user who moves it with thumb and pinky instead of the entire palm. Absolutely love it now and can't imagine to play GW2 without the 12 side buttons.

I've had my Blackwidow and Naga for 16months now and no problems at all. That said when this goes out I think I'm going to swap over to a WASD keyboard and Logitech G600. The keys on the side of the Naga were (and to an extent still are) hard for me to distinguish when I get really into a game and I end up hitting the wrong macro enough that I'd like a little more definition on my buttons like the G600 has. I bought the Blackwidow not knowing a difference between mechanical keyboards and found out quickly I am not a fan of cherry blues.

Owned a Razer Imperator for years without any issues, and nowadays I have a Deathadder and Orochi and have never had an issue with either.

I'm late, but I need to say it. Razer is the paramount of shit products.

Bought a black widow, about a month later 1 key started working only half the time. Got replaced. Fast forward 2 weeks ish, same shit happens to a different key.
The store at first said they wouldn't replace it again, had to bring out consumer's right. Got it replaced for a CMstorm instead. Been running great since.

My personal opinion is that the G13 and G600, when paired, are the best mass market MMO products used in tandem. I haven't used my G15 near its fullest since purchasing the gameboard. It's beyond pro.

Do it and never look back. I love my WASD. You can even see some pictures of it on the desktop thread. Can't speak for the G600, though.

Checking out reviews of the G600 again; I dont think Id go with it as long as nagas with the left click side buttons are there. The newer green epics with them by the scroll wheel are crap.

Ive had issues with my naga, mainly the wireless crapping out for no reason and not syncing up, but i do enjoy my mouse when it works.

I have similar complaints from other vendors about the same issues people experience with razer stuff. I tend to not rage that hard any more when it breaks.

While I know a lot of people have had good results with the Death Adder, I just wanted to say that the middle mouse click broke on mine in under 6 months.

I think it's even worse when you feel like you're paying for a "Premium" product. You can spend 50% less and get something that breaks a normal amount. Or spend 50% more to get a Razer product that has fancy lighting, but breaks just as much, if not more.

I inherited a first gen Razr Naga, so far 3 years and no issues I've had with it. Ever. It's my favorite mouse I've used by far. Certainly there's design issues (Wtf with those two side buttons next to the left click that I can't even reach comfortably? What's the point of those...)

Because of the vast amount of problems I know others go through with Razr products I seem to be a seemingly rare exception. However if you'd ask me if I'd ever buy a Razr product with my own money, in all likelihood, I probably wouldn't.

I've had my Naga for about 5 months now, after my G500 crapped out by falling on the floor multiple times (fk me right?). It took a lot of getting used to, seeing as it was much smaller than the G500. I still don't like the way the side buttons are laid out, and by looking at the G600 it seems as if my concerns are answered. I'm specifically speaking about the concavity of the buttons. On the Naga it's very hard to hit the bottom 2 rows of buttons with my thumb. I also don't like this new thing of putting the Back/Forward buttons on the top instead of the side, used to enjoy that about the G500.

I'll be looking at buying a G600, or at least testing one out somewhere. Also still prospecting the time to buy my Zowie Celeritas keyboard. I made the mistake of purchasing a AZIO Levetron a while back, and gdit do I hate it. By far the worst keyboard I've ever had.

Razer responded to my RMA request. "It appears that your mouse may have a faulty cable, would you like a free replacement cable?"

I'd like for my fucking mouse to work like it's supposed to.

They haven't responded for 2 days now.
