Frederick is so absurdly strong, it's hard not to lean on him way too much.

I keep him in every mission as a back up incase a weaker unit needs defense. I am truly loving this game though. It's hard without being impossible and it's the Fire Emblem that I love.
Now, I have a question. I am trying to hook my 3DS to my Wifi but it keep saying some shit like "The Access point's security settings are not supported by the Nintendo DS." The fuck does that even mean?
Sounds like a gaytastic hassle.
I use AES and it works just fine.
Is there a way to know what tier class characters are?
Frederick is cool cause you can use him as a support character so he doesn't leech your exp, but since exp is an infinite resource in this game compared to most FE's, that's not much of an issue either.
I figured Frederick was going to be one of those over powered chars that stay around for the first few fights so you learn the basics of the game, then the char either dies or leaves and comes back later. I'm only on Chapter 6 or 7 right now, though.
How does one fix their router so that I can do the online shit?
3DS bundle shipped. I am excite.
Got my bundle today, shipped late last night and was here by 2pm. On chapter 3 and loving it so far XD
Wow so many wireless recruit-able characters!
Okay, everything according to Nintendos stupid website has been done in order for me to get internet access on my 3DS but I still can't do it. I have given up on trying it at home and I'll try it at a friends place or something. Fucking hell. Why is shit so difficult.
Yeah, I thought Frederick was gonna end up being a story important character who later betrays you or something like that.
It's a staple of the Fire Emblem series to always have a prepromoted unit (typically a paladin) in the beginning. They're meant to be used by newer players as a crutch or by more experienced players as an unequipped meatshield.
Like Julian said, this game has an unlimited amount of exp because of skirmishes, but in past Fire Emblems a new player could fall into the trap of using their prepromoted unit too much, and thus their other characters would fall behind, while the Jeigen (prepromote) would get weaker and weaker due to subpar stat growths.
I'm annoyed. I just did that one mission with the secret seller chick and that town thats about to get attacked and I thought I'd get to have her join my party if I saved her and she didn't join my party D:
Ditto. In fact, that was the map that made me restart casual.![]()
