Still very sad that René Auberjonois passed away when he did, was an amazing VA for House (and I loved him in DS9 lets be real), I'd of loved to see him reprise his role for this as the voice but oh well.

Fallout 5 gonna be coming in 2045 at this rate. They are committed to Elder Scrolls 6 first before FO5 still.

not privy to Bethesda's internal failures but reckon it's industry wide at this point re open-world games. Bethesda the most egregious offender obv, but Rockstar releases have slowed to a crawl, CDPR spent more time on Cyberpunk than Witcher 3 to turn in a far buggier game, even Ubisoft's assembly line AC games now take 2-3 years instead of 1. just ain't capable of dropping vast open world games with graphical fidelity and more complex systems in a short time frame like back when.

don't want to read too much into it, could obviously be something unrelated, but Tim Cain (lead from original Fallout) has returned to working at Obsidian after retiring a few years back and is working on an unannounced project.
