I played Fallout 3 and 4, but not New Vegas. So this is an interesting and fun watch.

I enjoyed this first episode. Really looking forward to what's coming next as seen in the ending clips. The Rotten Tomatoes scores for S2 and this episode are phenomenally well.

Regarding their mention of the Commonwealth Brotherhood (FO4):

Since the show is confirmed to be occurring 10 years after FO4, I really wonder what's been going on east since then. Since Paladin Harkness mentioned things aren't going great for the Commonwealth and they need additional support, I'm curious if that was just BS to pressure Maximus in giving him the cold fusion, or have things really gone sideways since the past events in Boston.

The show is factoring in that none of the game's endings are canon, so just assume that the lone wander got all the factions up to the loyalty phase, then quit. Chaos.

btw, Todd Howard has stated that the events of the show directly affect Fallout 5.
