iPod music transfer

Anyone have a way to transfer music AND playlists from one iPod to another? Or even just playlists?

I have all the music on my computer, but I never did a sync w/ iTunes. I placed all the songs manually, so it would be a pretty tedious process to try to configure my new iPod to the same playlists/songs/order as my old one.

Here ya go dude. Was recommended to me by someone else on here. Doesn't work perfect as you'll probably need to rename some stuff (it imports some stuff weird)
