I need to pick up a slim PS2 console so I can use my Swap Magic disc to play my imported copy of Front Mission 5. I can use it with my fat PS2 but it involves taking it apart which I don't really want to do. If anyone is interested in selling one or trading it for my old fully functional fat PS2 please let me know.

I have a fat ps2 and swap magic works incredibly easily, you just need to remove the disc drive face plate and you'e done!

Long story short from what I've read on the English translation site for Front Mission 5 McBoot doesn't work the greatest. No idea why. They all suggest using Swap Magic. I know next to nothing about both so I'm pretty much going to follow their instructions so I don't destroy anything. Which I am very prone to do. TYVEN TRADE ME!

seriously, you dont even have to open the ps2 for swap magic. literally turn it on, pop open the drive, remove 1 screw, face plate falls off, done.
