Ok, getting frustrated here. I Still can't connect to the server and I'm doing Lin's affinity mission the repair job. I'm just needing one energy tube and I can't remember how to get to the prone's base from chapter 3 and I can't really find any information on it online. Where the hell is it located at again as my memory is failing me.

If that's the one in primordia, it's to the far southeast.

Also, beat the game! So much fun, story was not too bad, but i'm already hype for endgame, still need to hit 60!

I don't recall which enemy drops it, however, that's a good one for purchasing, with Reward Tickets, as it's one of the few affinity missions that, early on, requires an enemy drop. The base is located in Primordia, in Grid F119, IIRC, far SE corner of the map, if that's where you want to try and find the drop. The video shows what to do and where.

Finished that quest. god that was annoying.

Got the Ares 90, this thing is so hilariously overpowered. >.> Especially once I work on augmenting it some more.

I need to work on my ground gear + augments now though.

But yay for getting this game kind of late and really awesome guides to being overpowered on ground exist on Youtube already.

A Friend in Need = I might have to start this game over. Boss is way too hard indicating something is wrong with my setup and I don't have BP to change anything around. And why the hell does the gear gimp the shit out of ranged attack..

If I could break that dudes arms, the battle would be easy but they have sooo much HP.. -.-

That fetch quest was lame as fuck, took me 3 hours to get the 2 energy tubes...with some bunny headgear with treasure sensor V (or something like that)

I got lucky, only needed one as I got one from doing chapter 3. Took me one teleport reset and got the drop.

You could spend all day reading the in-system user manual (which has a ton of useful info in it)

If you keep getting killed, they provide you an option to lower the difficulty of the fight. This lowers the enemy levels overall. Don't get discouraged over it, they provided that option for that reason.

Didn't see it mentioned in the Skell info dump but even if you get a Perfect on a Skell eject that has zero insurance left it'll still be destroyed. This applies to NPCs as well so give them Skells with at least 1 insurance left. Additionally you get daily Division rewards while online based on your squads overall contribution to that division. The first place reward is a Skell Salvage Ticket which gives you a free pass to restore a broken skell (doesn't reset insurance). The thing is though you are free to change your division whenever you want, so you can check to see what the first place division is, switch to it, grab your ticket, switch back to whatever you want for a minimal fee.

So if I have a Skell thats at 0 insurance its fucked forever from the perfect dodge thing? I should probably just get a new one huh?

Just got this game the other day, it is goddamn amazing. I've dated the same girl for 9 years and we legit might break up from fighting over whose turn it is to use the Wii U to play it if I don't buy a second one lol

Yeah, the only reason to really salvage a skell with 0 insurance is to take the items off it.

Well shit. I'm stuck with my free skell at 0 insurance for a bit. Think next one is lvl 30 >_<
