Scout missions show nothing for me. I presume i have to finish the story for it to be accessible?

Support Missions, and yeah they unlock after beating the game.
Farming mats for Arts: Gain TP = Fuel sponge..
I'm gonna hate farming the mats for Rebound HP.. I need I think 48 each >.<.
I'm like level 10 and don't see any missions to do, what do you do just grind/explore to get nodes?
I over grinded/explored due to my FFXI background. So when missions and storylines became available, I coasted through them. I think I spent hours in the area the game first starts just learning the controls and killing everything in sight. I might have been like level 7 before the 2nd cutscene, lol
Some people hate that, but I enjoyed it either way. Plenty of other fun things in game to keep you interested/busy.
Exploring and fighitng is how you're going to get the majority of your EXP. When it opens up, the Blade Console, in the Admin district, has missions you can take, but I recall that most of them didn't work out so well for low levels. Their difficulty indicator (Stars) is not accurate at all, but it won't prevent you from taking them, and if it turns out you trekked to another continent, only to see the enemies 10+ higher then you, at least you explored, opened up NavPoints, picked up some treasure, and came out with a chuck of EXP obtained.
Do be careful about Affinity Missions though; you can only have one of them, or a Story Mission, active at a time, so save before taking an Affinity MIssion, and if you can't complete it, just reload (Or grind/explore until you can).
Affinity missions do have level requirements though and theyre pretty accurate.
So I pulled off this whole infinite overdrive thing, although Im not sure exactly what I can take. Gonna take on those big ass dinosaurs next.
I haven't even finished the game yet, just got super side tracked.
So the bigass dino killed me but only because I got knocked into the water which ended overdrive. Oh well.
Also forgetting about my HP Rebound build. It's sound in theory but the time it takes to farm the mats is just...way too much me. There's was a LOOONG streak where the one I needed did not drop. I think, two hours? While I did manage to get the XX, I'm not getting another.. fuck that. It's clear why people go for reflect/potential builds.
I've been finished with the game for some time, even attempting a casual speedrun, completing at 13 hours. I was hoping for someone to break 10 hours eventually, but at this rate, it might even fit into a GDC schedule in the future, with someone beating the game in 6 hours 44 minutes.

Facepalming hard at not knowing Irina learns servant sacrifice and how much customization soul voice setups can have.
First Off, loved the car from the Professor B storyline, I was rolling when it was first revealed.
Second, are there level 40 skells?
20, 30, 50, 60.
Ok, and 50 is Sak lvl 5 right?
No sure what you mean.
Sakuraba Industries level 5.
No idea. I had them all maxed before I hit 50.
You're right Kaslo, only Sakuraba lv5 is needed, I didn't have it maxed on my first playthrough, so I thought you were supposed to beat the final boss before they would unlock. As a result, I went straight from lv30 skells to Ares 90 with very inefficient grinding, burning all the fuel quickly going crazy with its attacks.
Unlocking ***** is a pain in the ass, she better come with a full set of amazing gear!!
Spoiler: show
