NK responds to Pence & Trump by threatening weekly missile tests.
They also plan to respond to any attack on their country with a nuke.
Do they even have a delivery vehicle? I know they've managed to lob some rockets into the ocean a couple times, but most of the missiles in their parades are just jumbled masses of various missile parts that won't actually work.

if North Korea launches a nuke and it ends up detonating over their own country we're allowed to laugh right
Absolutely. In fact I think it's a federal law.
I'd be pretty impressed if they not only had a live nuclear warhead, but then managed to actually launch it airborne without destroying either the silo or the sub that they probably would've had to steal from China.
Nuclear Test Site has a secondary function; Volleyball Court

Russian president Vladimir Putin has reportedly ordered troops and weapons to be sent to the country’s border with North Korea as tensions continue to escalateThink the key word here is unverified, but would not shock me if true.Unverified video footage appears to show a train, believed to be one of three, loaded with military equipment and headed towards the 11-mile border between Russia and the secretive hermit state.

Uh, does russia care about north korea attacking them or something? cause if not, and if the report is true, then the only thing i could think of would be him arming Nkorea and encouraging them to advance their nuclear program...with probably the hopes they will attack the US or their allies. <.<
I think it is a similar response to what China is claiming to be doing, protect the border from a refugee crisis incase the situation goes nuts. Or could also be seen as a warning to the U.S that there are 100k+ Chinese troops plus how many every Russian troops right on the border ready to support NK if a "unprovoked" first strike happens from the U.S.
