They salvaged the sub that lost power and sunk beneath their sea lol. The smell was horrid but nothing their not used to.

I think it is a similar response to what China is claiming to be doing, protect the border from a refugee crisis incase the situation goes nuts. Or could also be seen as a warning to the U.S that there are 100k+ Chinese troops plus how many every Russian troops right on the border ready to support NK if a "unprovoked" first strike happens from the U.S.
