Trump speech at UN pretty good, went in on NK pretty hard and actually called him Rocket Man LOL
"Rocket Man is on a suicide mission for himself and his regime”
Yep. More thinly veiled threats. We're going in hardcore in the future and he's just looking for the excuse.
There was absolutely nothing thinly veiled about his threats today
Yeah. I seemed to have somehow missed the part where he literally said we were going to destroy NK. FUCK.
This is all very exciting. As i understand it all of their military bases are built under mountains at the chinese border which means we can kill millions of innocents or lose another insurgent style war. Probably both. Very exciting times ahead.
Nah man. All we need to do is repeatedly nuke the mountains and not worry about the fact that accidentally irradiating Dangdong, China would cause an international incident with one of the top 3 global powers.
But if we told them ahead of time they could evacuate put undesirables and dissidents there

I feel like he's missing the semantics here. It's not that we CAN totally destroy NK, it's SHOULD we. We can do a lot of things, but is it a good idea when the result of doing said things is millions of dead South Koreans and Japanese?
Well there are an awful lot of them.
uhh you're aware of the size of North Korea's military and how densely populated Seoul and Tokyo and what nuclear weapons do yeah. it's not a war they could ever win but if even a quarter of their nuclear arsenal detonated in the Asian metropolises there would be a million dead in the opening hour of the war, and the Pentagon has estimated even a solely conventional campaign culminating in the capture of Pyongyang and the collapse of North Korean resistance would take 4-6 months and result in one million dead.
that's assuming a lot, we aren't the ones doing the preemptive strike (which would keep casualties down), Kim decides to hit civilian centers with nukes, etc, but millions dead is certainly within the realm of possibility, even probability. a very very good case scenario would only be hundreds of thousands dead which still begs the question, is it a good idea.
