We need to stop giving stuff to other countries, so we can give it to NK!

Hey, we can't even give stuff to Puerto Rico, man.
Kim is probably open to having Trump Hotel.
There is going to be a bitter irony if, after 50+ years of a cease fire, the Korean War ends on Trump's watch.
Listen I give my Puerto Rican housekeeper plenty.
Spoiler: show

NK is blaming Bolton for the most recent hostilities. Will pull out of the meeting with Trump if they are forced to give up their nukes.
Mr Kim's statement on Wednesday, carried by state news agency KCNA, said that if the US "corners us and unilaterally demands we give up nuclear weapons we will no longer have an interest in talks" and "will have to reconsider" attending the 12 June summit.
He said North Korea "had high hopes" for the summit, but that it was "very unfortunate that the US is provoking us ahead of the summit by spitting out ludicrous statements".
Honestly I'm really sad Trump won't get a Nobel peace prize. That would've honestly owned.
Loving how this admin is now in the hot seat and at odds with their rhetoric. Let's see if they're willing to make hard choices to make this peace work. Any comments from South korea?

Possibly the most foreseeable development conceivable.

As predictable as the sun rising in the East.
NK making threats ahead of military exercises is pretty predictable as well. I'd be surprised if they actually pulled out.

Still hanging on to my suspicion that Kimmy blew up his nuclear mountain and has no avenue other than reconciliation. All of this is, as the title declares, sabre rattling to try to get extra cookies at the negotiating table.
I will only change direction on this when I see another nuclear test.
There has been a lot of talk that the testing site wasn't needed anymore as they attained their goal of having nuclear weapons, so the blowing up of the test site was just more for optics then anything else and doesn't change the fact they have and can still create more nukes.
There was still value in NK being able to take over the world news cycle with a test I would think. I have to agree their position is worse than we know.
