If you don't want to use brews, blu/rdm is probably the best bet. Use defense food, cocoon, phalanx, pdt gear, etc. and burn everything down with physical spells, while pulling them away from the martello.

How good is a Drg with mythic polearm in terms of dmg wise?

Is the dmg best with spamming drakes or drakes then ride aftermath with stardiver?

This is for well geared drg, a top DD? or still lags behind well geared war/drk with relic/mythic?

1. mythic polearm is the best weapon for a drg
2. dmg is best using drake at 300% and spam stardiver after until u need aftermath again
3. hard to breakdown, it depends on event or if you can start with 300% prior to engaging the event mobs, being a top DD is more than just geared but lets say they are all the same player playing, they are very very close i suppose. used to be top dog with event locks but now w/o, it all depends how you manage the aftermath......like i said, more than just "well geared"

full and/or someone clicking same time as you and server only allow 1 request/entry a time

try again after other grp "disappeared" into meeble, if no one is arnd npc clicking it, and you cant enter, then zone is full

Can anyone clarify Mythic Aftermath specifics for me regarding OAT; I'm under the impression 95+ Mythics:

* Have 40/40/20 split
* It can proc on WS, but only once as opposed to normal DA/TA/QA which can proc twice on applicable WS's.

Is this the extent of working knowledge? Curious if it's proc priority is known, does it proc before or after DA/TA/QA? Does it instead stack additively with DA and TA? Or does it follow traditional OAT properties with added WS bonus? Is it just its own monster?

Mythic drakesbane is always better than stardiver unless you are being heavily impacted the the attack penalty or critical evasion.

Bit of a late reply, but tossing in my 2 cents:

I'd take mnk over nin or a second thf. You don't need the extra TH, mnk does more damage, and nin doesn't have a native JA to supplement /dnc. A pair of dd/dnc really have no significant healing issue, except maybe for links during the initial TE hunt.

Of the mages, I'd probably take rdm/dnc as the first choice (decent damage, curing, haste, crowd control, and a couple extra procs). Personal experience: more procs beats more killspeed, til you're proc'ing as fast as you can kill. If you're 2-boxing and can't manage both characters meleeing and using JAs together, I'd go with sch (enspells, lazy casting with Perpetuance, haste, embrava).

I've done cor/dnc before (mainly during relic+2 farming), and while it's doable, it's a bit awkward. Damage is similar to rdm/dnc.

It's after DA/TA/QA and is unique from it. It follows traditional OAT properties and also can proc on WS.

Is there a place in ToAU zones where you can find EM+ mobs to chainkill with a melee, NPC fellow and a mage mule to buff/heal you?
Went to the old camps I used @75 but everything is EP now.

Was thinking to do a couple of ToAU XP pts during the XP weekend to farm a bit of Imperial Standing.

Blm or Rdm, theoretically blu or brd should work too but sleepga's big range actually helps.

Run quite a ways from the martello, in the direction they're coming from.

Cast sleepga. Toss a nuke on an easy one. If you're far enough, it will ignore you and move on for the martello.

It's best on BLM, because when sleepga's close to wearing you can just sleepga2, and of course mana wall being broken as fuck with a bunch of temp items.

Just keep breaking them out one at a time and letting them go get killed.

Unless you need the Imperial Standing as soon as possible, for whatever reason, I would just keep a constant eye out for Besieged. Gives good exp and more amounts Imperial Standing you would get from farming mobs and in much less time if you catch it right.

I've heard that the Nefer Khat +1/Heka's combo refresh was nerfed or somthing in a recent update and I'm trying to regear my scholar. Is the refresh you get from the combo greater than 1 refresh still or is it not worth making the purchase? I have an augmented Wivre Hairpin from Abyssea - Konschtat.

The HQ hat + Heka is still broken; you only get the 1 mp/tick from the body. NQ hat + Heka still gives 3 mp/tick.
