Anyone know why my timer boxers are randomly white now? I didnt change anything and unload/reloading doesnt fix it. Also my battlemod doesnt work even though I have it. It just stopped loading for some reason the other day. http://img823.imageshack.us/img823/1540/64554026.png

Timers now has a background color setting. If you don't have the lines in the settings xml for it, the default is solid white. See the windower v4 thread

Was this changed in the past 24 hours? It was a black background last night. Nobody in my LS edited their settings and theirs is all black. Wonder why only mine was changed. :/

Has anyone ever been able to fix fps performance issues on newest cards? Doing VW and Reives is almost like a slideshow on my GT 675. Switching to Intel HD4000 didn't help either.

Yes. Rarely, about 5%, but yes. Got an L.Jade off Stihi last weekend duoing with my buddy (BST + THF. TH7 on Dragon). In total have probably gotten 3 100's off the NMs in bubu doing them sporadically.

Is there any rhyme or reason to SE billing? They seem to do all my accounts different times and not always same time of month... like this month they did 2 accounts a couple of weeks ago but randomly did 1 yesterday... ya know the day after I had to cancel that card. What will my mule do with all it's assignment tags!?! But really anyone know what days they do?

You get billed in 30 day blocks now so if the accounts were activated at different times they would all have a different bill date as well.

Turn shadows and weather completely off. In the FFXI config, on the "Misc" tab, check "Graphics Stabilization".

He's done all of that, still crashes.

Ensure that they have DirectX 9 installed (in addition to whatever it is that they have, which is probably 10), and try running at lower resolutions.

/facepalm he actually has a geforce gtx 260m, if it matters. Any way to see which versions of dx he has? dxdiag is only showing dx11

Don't forget the resolution experimentation, either. Some machines do not handle some resolutions in FFXI very well. (I can't be more specific because there's no way to be—determining whether this is the problem or not comes solely from trial and error testing.)
