I'd upgrade your Apoc tbh. Admittedly there's DRK bias but I don't think the difference between 90 Masa and 95 Amano is all that substantial.

That was the original plan as I am a few marrows in already, but I literally don't have any of the GKTs I listed, lol. I have the trials completed and 12 carabosse gems towards a masa, I'd have enough to buy about 60% of amano's currency right off the bat, and I have 80,000 bayld towards trying to get Suijingiri.

Assuming I have a 95 Apocalypse and a 95 Ragnarok (which I don't - I only have a Valhalla right now), which should I take to 99 first?

I know the Ragnarok is more powerful, but I figure I will still be using the Apocalypse more often due to the increase survivability.

The jump in performance from Apoc95>99 is much larger then Rag95>99. Unless you live in Legion lvl content I'd do Apoc first.

Pretty much this. I've used Rag sparingly in Reives when someone has gone 'Give me something to cure!' or if I've been wailing away on the roots and I can be bothered to change weapon. Otherwise I've just used Apoc.

That being said, I haven't really done any older content where I'd use Ragna either (EDIT: Since update)

Unless you're in a LS/Static where the damage increase on Ragna would make a substantial difference, just do Apoc.

Meriting them all? NProbably not. Taking one to 5? Maybe should be able to get the dmg up pretty decent which could have niche uses

Gotcha, I guess that was a silly question thinking about it as the main bonus to 99 is on the relic WS, and you rarely use Scourge.

Meant to ask this with my last post but forgot. I got a black abyssite last night and I'm wanting to farm some Galdr Rings. Is Yilbegan able to be trioed easily by non pet jobs? I've never fought him before so I'm not sure what to expect.

It depends on how angry it is when you pop it. I've triod it pld/mnk/thf and wiped with sch/whm/thf/mnk/war/blm

It is easy to duo unless someone wiped to it previously and it spins when you try to stand on tail.
