When BGwiki says sunny, it just means no weather. Morimar can't get fire weather.

I'm aware. It's just always cloudy/snowy there, any time I go.
Also I answered my own question - Magian Spectacles work there. Still can't find any dedicated NPC for it, though.
So I see some guy shouting that melt series of weapons def down stacks with itself... and that he somehow mathed out being able to get -100% def. What is this?
last played at start of bonanza
won a rank 3 prize no capped characters and extremely hard up for gil. I'm assuming I should grab a speed belt?
EDIT: scratch that, got two rank 3s. what do? random.org my ass
Any word on what the Enhances Divine Caress effect does on Mending Cape?
I ran into a friend of mine testing it out in a random ass place in whitegate with paralyna and paralysis potions, he said it adds one more resistance to the effect.
For Cleaving for DRK rings and Refresh hairpin, what mobs do I cleave? I'll be going as PLD/RDM since no WHM mule for WAR. What Atamas be best to use as well?
So what's the best route then for Rings/Pin? Thought Cleaving was the way. I don't have blu btw or curing mule.
Cleaving is the way because of the number of boxes it can generate, I'm just saying the zone sucks.
If I had to go pld/rdm as you are describing, I'd run in, get like 50 pearl and 50 azure and start pulling leeches and using AE. By the time you hit 30 min left, your azure should be over 128 and pearl should be over 100, both from red box, and amber probably capped. You can throw 8 or 16 ruby in there if you want to ensure you get the occasional red box. You should start generating TE at this point and could go indefinitely.
But definitely the worst zone to cleave in of all nine.
edit: after double checking, only the Cryptonberry's are mages, the Tonberrys are thief mobs. Tonberrys might work better for you because leeches do that attack down move, but Tonberrys have everyone's grudge. Gobbues might work too, but they silence.
So if not cleaving, best would just be straight up killing fast as can? Does it matter which zones or mobs? Only reason why I said Cleaving or Highlands is from post I seen in the past I believe from people doing it this way.
I can basically use any job but BLU SMN and RUN.
Lizards are close but they don't link or aggro. They are what I did but basically have to switch target or Dia etc each one. I personally don't mind that for how close they are
Well the zone matters cause refresh hairpin and dark rings only comes from highlands. Canyon is augmented MAB rings and cure schaller, and la thiene is TH sash. I don't have ninja, but alot of my friends used to say they could kill straight up on ninja just fine and keep time up. Amber with an elemental skill, ruby with a physical skill, melee for pearl kills and ninjitsu for azure. It your ninja can hit the haste cap, that might be a viable alternative for you.
Both my refresh hairpins came from lizards, this is a good suggestion. Does /rdm get diaga? Lizards can stone you, but normally not a big deal. Lizard camp has some pluses too, martello right there, Pavan can pop in there so easier to amber, T1 abyssite can spawn in there, so easier to build pearl, and a clionid spawns in there for upping your lights faster.
I have NIN as well that's decently geared. Better then PLD. So I might try that. Lizards, that's what I remember reading people did it on.
