Put on cosmos and other MAB atmas and azured clionids with nukes, built amber with infernal scythe, and switched to DD atmas and massmurdered saplings with catastrophe. This was about a year ago.

Can I abyssea burn a cor, buy an AH gun/bullets and otherwise go naked and still do reasonable fire/wind/etc shots against low colonization rate nakualls? Or does it actually require gear to be effective?

Tonberrys in Konschtat work well, easy to pull and Pavan spawns nearby every minute or so for quick amber building.

Pretty much yes just sub rdm or sch for weather and gold wait you will need markmanship capped I think tho. Best way to cap that is a job that can use crossbow and use a fast one and spam. All and all can be done in a couple of days.

Everytime I do a search of the zone there are 25+ people there. Rather poor planning giving every character including mules the ability to get 4 rare pops of something with a single pop point and have such a limited redemption period. If you could just hold onto them I'm sure it wouldn't be near as bad but it's litterally an use it or lose it scenario

you can but you might at best do maybe 500 per shot compared to someone with a delve gun + delve bullets doing 1200+ per shot (more with the bullet from hurkan and the crafted delve gun). Not to mention the -recast timers you wont have without merits and the body :/. I really dont know if thats worth but give it a try if you want!

Nope... I have no comprehension how an item that can be bazaared and traded can't be sent at least to yourself

Still way way better than the number of people that do zip in the fight especially on yumcax. I take a army of abyssea burned ah cors vs what I seen in that fight lol.

A lot of items are like this too, dynamis currencies, forgotten items, ABCs, alex, sky/sea pops, etc. Really dumb.

I'm at an impasse with my WS merits right now. As it stands, it's:

Exen: 3/5
Entropy: 5/5
Resolution: 5/5
Shijin: 1/5
Shoha: 1/5

I'm not sure if it's worth having Shoha with only one merit in it, and I'd rather not drop Exent any further. Entropy's garbage (really only had it due to Apoc), but now I'm wondering with the gear changes/stats being added, if it'll be halfway respectable now.

Yeah I'd agree with this. I've done it easily with 2 BLMs and a SCH. I think a good SCH might be able to solo it. The key is the burst damage to get it out of the shell once you push it in. SAMs maybe?

You can easily outDPS its regen in shell with plasm weapons, even easier with boss weapons.

I did it before delve was released as MNK(vereth90) BRD WHM and WS'd it when it came out of shell, took a while but is hard to fuck up. If you had rigor or oatixur I imagine you wouldn't even need to look at the MNK's screen
