Tactical Processor is fine if you happen to have room for it. While it may be hard to quantify exactly how much time it's saving, it can only help if you're making use of JA attachments and/or are not using Inhibitor to make it WS asap.

What I would rather have them fix is Barrage Turbine. I keep meaning to look more closely at its TP return, but I think it uses the same equation as our WS (i.e. base+1 for each extra hit).

Having Turbine not consume the Wind Maneuver would be a good start to "fix" it

Also, does rdm af3 body/hurkan boots effect the duration of sleep/silence/break? Or do anything at all for dia/gravity?

af3 body doesn't work on dia... not sure on the rest. Though iirc silence and break don't have durations that vary slighlty so might be hard to figure out anyways.

Well... Went and popped three Savory shanks Today , went 2/3 on Defending Ring. also was 3/10 on NQ pops to Savory. my thinking is to pop as many savory in a row up odds of D ring drop, What do ya think? Guess we just got Lucky.

Has the gobbie box been handing out shanks regularly now (or just a general drop rate adjustment)? I've been actively using it since launch and even farming limbus AF mats to double daily points, and I've never had anything much more exciting then a hedgehog pie.
