Relics are easy, basically they just take money.
But making money requires time, and since you don't have time I dunno what to say.
I soloed my Horn completely, which actually cost me 1,4k coins more than it should have because a friend never returned the currency I lent him.
It took me ages, but I've took several breaks etc.
Given how currency is falling down these days I'm not even sure if farming your own currency would be the most efficient thing to do, maybe you could do other activities and buy the currency with gil.
Also I hope you have other jobs because solofarming dynamis wouldn't be particularly efficient with WHM and BRD.
Assuming for a second solofarming is still efficient, it would take you a long time to complete horn with your schedule, and it would "steal" a lot of your free time forcing you to do dynamis more than you'd want to, so you could "burn up" midway through.
Really, I dunno, you should check currency price on your server, multiply that amount for ~15000, see how much gil you can make everyday.
Consider that solofarming dynamis can easily grant you ~250 currency per run even on a below-average geared BST and it takes 2 hours
Daurdabla (to level 90...) is faster, but it could prove a bit more tedious to do if you don't have mules or friends willing to help.
First stage is easy but it can cost some money to buy all the necessary pops (unless you want to farm them yourself, one at a time).
Second stage you'll get cockblocked by the repops, the retarded upgrade rates on the KI necessary to pop those VNMs, and other people camping them at the same time as you, "stealing" your pops.
Third stage would be either expensive to buy pop, or frustrating to farm them yourself. Also you could have a hard time soloing that NM (Apademak), and you'd kinda want a THF to maximize the number of horns you get for each kills (i.e. minimizing the number of times you have to pop it).
If your means allow you to get Horn to 95 and Harp to 90 and you have to choose one of the two and not both, I'd personally focus on Daurdabla. The utility it can give you by allowing you to cast a third song is imho a much bigger step in your performance compared to what a level 95 Horn would do.
Edit:
Of your jobs, I think the best chance you'd have at Dyna farming is BLU/DNC. With TH1 from traits and the ability to sleep adds (and nukeblast stones very fast) you'd have an easy time and could easily recover from mistakes/aggro/trains/pulls etc.
Edit2:
Of course this is just my very very very personal view on the thing, judging from my personal experience farming those two relics without anybody else helping me.
Everything Sechs said is quite good. However, if you have the drive, you won't burn yourself out making a relic doing dynamis. Over a year ago when I made my Apoc I would go to work, come home, dinner, dynamis, bed. Rinse, repeat.
After I finished, though.... different story lol. Drive was totally gone and I didn't do Dynamis for months.
On topic: both options will cost you gil. Daurdabla has potential to be quicker but it is 1000% more annoying. Dynamis (especially now with Delve weapons/armor) can be solo'd half afk or while watching television. Doing Daurdabla requires attentiveness.
Does the number of Imprimaturs I use for each assignment matter? Will using only 1 each time reduce the cost of Wildskeeper reives faster than using 3?
As far as we know it's "number of imprimaturs spent" not "number of assignments completed" so no, it won't matter. "Three" imprimaturs is still three wether you do them together or one at a time.
But on some it might be worth doing 1 at a time for more balyd.
Well single imprimatur is always more xp/bayld compared to double/triple, I thought at least?
But for rankups purposes, as far as I've seen reported and discussed in the colonization thread, there's no difference.
Oh yeah all should be just most aren't worth the extra time or gil. But makes no difference for rank ups or probably lowering naakual costs. Just figured if you care about naakaul cost you care about balyd return and might want to pay attention to when it's worth it to use singles
has anyone gotten the Rolanberry Delightaru from the login campaign, and if so what mohhancement does it give?
Is gulool jaja broken for anyone elses server? Have confirmed it not to have popped in at least a week, but it's very likely much more(dced for a few hours on and off through the past 3 weeks?)
Dumped a mule in his chamber for about 4 days before he respawned. Though someone in Ls mentioned something about 21 day repop or some-such. I don't think anyone reliably nailed their respawn timer.
Keep in mind though: If he's killed in Besieged, that resets his timer.
Looking for some advice on what to pick from clearing all the WK reives on my 3 characters. I'm looking to get a Yumcax clear later this week to finally be 5/5
Main - Has Tojil clear and will have easy access to the rest of delve boss clears.
Jobs: BRD (99 harp/horn, event job), WHM (every day job), BLM RDM SMN BST (never really play these)
Has: Achuka Helm, Tchakka GTK, Colkhab Hat, Hurkan Bullet
Thinking of getting: ? and Tamaxchi
Husband - He's mostly quit, but I play his MNK for most things I dual box. I'm hoping to be able to get him Tojil clear, but not so sure about other bosses.
Jobs: MNK, SAM, COR, lolDNC
Has: Achuka Helm, Tchakka GTK, Colkhab Hat, Hurkan Bullet
Thinking of getting: ? and Uk'uxkaj Cap
Mule - TH bitch, random healer if I need it, Abyssea/VW procs...
Jobs: THF WHM BLM
Has: Achuka Helm, Tchakka Dagger, Colkhab Axe, Hurkan Bullet
Thinking of getting: ???
Thoughts?
Get the mushroom hat on your Main, and the melee hat for your hubby and TH mule.
Yes I know about the besieged thing, it's just that all of the other beastmen have repopped multiple times and gulool hasn't once. He hasn't spawned in besieged, because he hasn't been up.
Is there a collection of food effects somewhere other than other wiki? Was hoping to find a +def +HP food for Geo, but everything listed there is either a mess of ???s or old food with stupidly low caps. Carbonara seems to be the best +HP food documented at least, but was really hoping for some +def too. Know a good bit of food launched with Adoulin, but never saw testing or data on any of it.
For new food I believe there was testing in the crafting thread. Don't think there was anything all that great. Think jp sources are best for food effects since they tend to get free info thrown there way
JP wiki has full info on all or most foods. There were some pretty interesting finds on there. (shark food was 90acc/atk, making it the absolute best accuracy food, and much better than pizza for attack) Stuff like black curry apparently has a 200def cap, seems pretty odd since that would outdo tacos quite easily.
