What are the best augments for anwig salade for BST?

I'm sure this has been covered a million times, but, is there a way to change your name through a GM or otherwise without someone having complained about it or through a server jump?

You can delete your character, make a mule called the same name as your old char, then ask for a char restoral on your original one and when you log it will ask or a name change, same as server jump.
It's a bit risky though, there's a chance they won't be able to restore your char.

SGMs can also flag your character for a rename, but judging from the frequency that happens I'd dare to say it requires very very special conditions in their policies book to allow them to do it.

kind of a nub question but wikis don't seem to specify; does Scholars grimoire increase the skill cap for its designated skills, or does it simply increase skill?

or to be a little more applied, I'm levelling red mage and scholar, to get bluetext on scholar enhancing would I have to level it to 334(D) or 404(B+) with light arts up?

You only have to cap to D on SCH to get capped magic, since arts simply adds skill rather than raising the cap. This applies to sub as well and will raise you to B? if not B+ even if you don't have native skill on your main.

Self-buffing was never the fastest way to skillup brd. But if you want to do it by self buffing, just use pianissimo.

Quetzalli also doesn't have unlimited benediction, so it would eventually die even if you could live indefinitely.

It wasn't the fastest, but it's very easy to just sit in a corner casting while you sleep. Also not sure how pianissimo would help.

Yeah I know melo melo used to work since I'd seen some people do it and fought it and wasn't that rough back around when it came out. But I tried doing it a couple months ago and it's poison was litterally like 150hp/tic. Aint no body got enough regen for that

Because pianissimo greatly reduces the casting time of the spell? A Pianissimo'd song takes the same time to cast as etudes used to.
