Honestly I wouldn't really worry what you have lvling up. No one is really going to care. Hell half the time you could just stand there and not many people would care

Don't worry too much about it till you hit 99. Since Verethragna isn't a viable option for you, go 5/5 Shijin Spiral merits as soon as you can and scoop Brawny Adaragas off the AH.

1) Are Harpeia (Celaeno, Aello, etc) part of the bird family? i remember reading people say they aren't, but based on other sources now im not so sure.

Marolith are definitely Arcana. Can't say I've ever noticed anyone caring about Harpeia's mob type to figure it out.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Recently came back to the game after roughly a 6 month break and was looking to fix some existing inventory issues. Saw Chatoyant Staff and was wondering if i buy this can i sell all my HQ staves. The only one i see to be useful for me would be Terra's as i don't play cor or rng for Vulcan's nor whm for Neptune's. Maybe Aquilo's for something that is very resitant on blm or would magian staff be better and find skill and macc elsewhere?

You can sell them. Keep the Terra's but that's about it if you don't need the Vulcan's.

Yes, except in Meeble Burrows and Neo-Salvage, where the max duration, with Perpetunace and AF3+2 hands is 3 minutes 45 seconds.

Does dynamis reset timer depend on the moment of exit or entry.

For example could I enter at 11 pm JST, exit at 1 AM and re-enter immediately without waiting another 23 hours to re-enter?

On the Meebles subject, what boons tend to be the recommended ones to get for the bosses? 8 sacks weekly, so room for 5 for the run, and 3 for boons. Unless folks just ignore the bonuses completely and just let the 3 sacks build up?

I just got the "You have no Content ID for Final Fantasy XI" error, and lo and behold, I remembered that I got a new credit card recently after the previous one expired.

I immediately went to my FFXI account to update my credit card information and reactivate my content IDs (and I switched from ClickAndBuy to direct Credit Card, since I never bothered to do that before), and I was wondering: how long should I expect it to take before I can get back in?

assuming you've got razed ruins (if not try to get that asap), there's augmented savate fists from (I wanna say grauberg) dominion sergeant that can get +dmg, +crit, and backhand blow dmg

I just got that today, I first noticed the email, then noticed I was dc'ed from ffxi overnight while I was sleep(this happens occasionally though). Email said all continuous options for this account have been canceled, which I never did. And when I tried login in I got that no content ID message too. When I tried switching to direct credit card they told me there was an error in their system and blahblah. Wanted to do it with clickandbuy afterwards but forgot my password since I never use it. Had to go to work, so I guess I'll figure it out when I get back home. I was wondering if they just had some error in their system, because I sure as hell never canceled anything, and no one else has my account info(secured with ID anyways).

Never bothered. THF is your best bet for drops, although one of our best pools came when I was on RNG/THF.

When this happened to me, once I updated the credit card information I was able to get back in almost immediately.

Strictly a guess, but I would venture that C&B got flagged as fraudulent again. The first time SE switched all of this, my bank called to make sure that C&B was legit. This time, I got the email saying CC/Bank error and turned off my IDs. I went in and did the SE CC option over C&B and IDs were up instantly (charged, too). Unless C&B tried to pull during their own maintenance and that shut them off...?
