What's an ideal Last Stand set for Corsair?

Haven't fought Brulo in 1 year or something around that, went back to him today and found him much stronger than I remember.
Did they buff him or am I just seeing thing?

He can do that yeah ( Though never to me - Galka HP). But its really hard to actually die on it with just one job DDing with a use of -DT set and cureskin ( Unless maybe Taru THF )

Are Maere or Ogopogo reasonable options now? Brulo is still camped decently on Siren. Make up would be PLD, THF, WHM. Nothing special gear wise.

I think all 3 are reasonable options if you can kill them and you should easily.

What's a good setup for fighting Umagrhk? I have all the KI and want to get a shot at some subligar and the win but i also don't trust pickups much.
I'm probably going to end up on thf since I trust other thf most of all to not be exceedingly gimp.

I have often enough as a taru thf/nin. What is the most dangerous though really is him infernoing for a decent amount (I've seen it go to 2.9k before with shellra V and barfira but no other mdt/fire resist/mdb) and then getting double triple attack procs into it's sizable blaze spikes. Partly why I started coming pld since it usually dropped 2 anyways. With capped aegis mdt and phalanx blaze spikes do like 0 and inferno usually does like 300-400s. Though I have had it do 600 which granted keeps me perfectly safe but considering I was taking 1/8 magic dmg is kinda insane really.

It's a shame, though; having it kill most of the people I camped against sped up my Ochain considerably '-'

Mine's a little out of date, but it's going to look like:

Thaumus Head/Soicheion Medal/Novio/Hecate's
Khepri Jacket (augmented)/Thaumas Gloves/AGI +7 x2
Forban/Sveltesse Gouriz/Thaumus/Thaumus

Khepri Jacket can be more realistically replaced with Tessera > Athos > Loki's

That's pre-meebles gear...if there is a meebles piece good for cor, I haven't looked into it, too much crafting lately.

A lot of the gear is the same, I swap in Arctier's Torque and Atheling Mantle, and then I have some really lolz earrings which I'm sure can be improved upon, Using Navarch's Earring and Volley Earring atm.
