In short: you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. Plenty has happened to Israel and will continue to happen to Israel without the U.S. "nuking the ever-loving piss out of anyone who so much as spits within range of their capital."
This shit goes both ways, by the way. Israel is as much guilty as Palenstine and the other Arab nations are in this ridiculous war and I'm not making excuses for either side. But let's not pretend like the U.S. launches squadrons of fighter pilots every time someone sneezes.
Find me a recent example when the U.S. became military involved in or around Israel during a time when more than spitting "within range of their capital" has occurred.
