The graphics crashes are quite annoying had a few now but other than that i'm thoroughly enjoying it so far, just finished up in White Orchard but got one of those crashes during the CS so stopping for a bit.

Graphics wise i'm only running it on medium settings with a 770 but its running pretty damn smooth and still looks damn pretty so it just seems to me that all the complaints about this downgrade are people who are butthurt they can't lord it over people playing it on a console and are just as butthurt that they aren't able to justify spending all that money on all that hardware to play it and i'm honestly starting to hate the seemingly sole focus on graphics and FPS, some people seem to of forgotten what gaming is ment to be and it is definitly much much more than shiney graphics(Don't get me wrong i can appreciate good graphics but to solely base your opinion on how good a game looks is and/or if you're getting 60 FPS, to me at least, is fuck ass retarded) but anyways /oldmanrant

One other complaint though is the apprent lack of being able to remap keybinds but will make do with what they are for now.

My graphic crashes stopped once I restarted my PC. Not sure what that was about.

Using a 970 without updating the drivers. Got through White Orchid with only one crash. Was trying to get to the stone behind the gryphon's nest and hit an eternal loading screen.

Forcing the game into maximum performance via the Nvidia control panel seems to have mostly stopped the crashes, was able to play for 3 hours with only one lock up.

This indicates that the card is downclocking mid-game when it shouldn't. Easy fix, still recommend 347.88 though.

Waiting for ups to deliver so I can start my adventure. Is it recommended to hold out on the game driver from nvidia? I'm running on the gta5 ready driver

I've been buying games in physical form if I can just for the collection. But that's few and far between.

Found the barber and was able to get the shaved temples/ponytail hairstyle I always used in 2 back, game has improved 100%

Collectors edition. Been a big fan of the witcher since like 2007. Impulses pre ordered collectors edition when I saw the statue

Kinda funny how games that have been pushed back multiple times still have game breaking bugs/crashes at launch.

Sure you can expect some but jeez >.> How are some of these common bugs making it past the test teams.

My crashes havn't been graphical, only had 2, both right after I opened a book in inventory to read, had to task manager close client etc.

Am level 3, keep running into level 15+ stuff while wandering around. Didnt even try and check the level of the dragon I saw.

Where the hell did you go on the map? I didn't see any dragon near the Orchid Village or w/e.

what difficulty are you guys on? I tried to play on 3/4 difficulty and got rekt by first fight of ghouls.

I gave up on 3/4 difficulty because no healing from meditation. Fuck that.

Doing 2/4 for now, might switch back to 3/4 later when I take less damage in fights.
