You know, I was really excited when the youtube upload support was added to the ps3. Iirc games like Skate 3 and Tom Clancy's Hawx(lol) could upload any replays to your youtube account while you are in-game. It was pretty awesome, but inevitably not supported by the majority of ps3 games. A lot of things on the ps3 actually sound good on paper, but then the top games don't even have those features. I'll assume that the Share option on the ps4 is part of the OS and runs independently of the software, so developers don't have to add the function themselves. If this is the case, then I really hope that older titles (ones you'll have to download or stream i guess) will allow use of Share too.

On Vita, PSP/PSX games have screenshot functionality disabled entirely. Wouldn't surprise me if legacy shit has new OS-level stuff on PS4 turned off also because of permission-related shit with the original publishers.

Sony will have “a busy week in the offing” this week with “some intriguing game announcements planned,” according to Sony Computer Entertainment Europe blog manager Fred Dutton.

Possible candidates? It’s been rumored the next iteration in the Gran Turismo series is in development, with multiple retailers listing Gran Turismo 6 for PlayStation 3. And back in April, it was rumored Sumo Digital was developing LittleBigPlanet 3 for the console.

Of course, we wouldn’t rule out new PlayStation 4 or PS Vita announcements either.

and i better be able to turn it on its fucking side.. i dont like having my systems standing up like that at all..

I don't know why they would stray from past designs (being both vertical and horizontal)

Vertical is a much nicer format for videos/promotion - it's active and reflects human qualities.

feel like hes going for that, but I bet being so early on the ps4 and if it turns out to be a good puzzle game he will make money. The cost of the game is going to be crazy small compared to anything else and he is getting a lot of face time. His game is going to do very well I feel; due to that it kinda cheapens what he said a little. still he seems to have the right attitude never the less, that a lot of large companies seem to have lost.

I will most likely buy his game as well if I do end up getting the ps3
