Got email from Amazon, looks like they changed the WD bundle to the bundle that comes with a second controller. Nets out the same value as a game an I'd need it anyways so it works I guess.

Drive club getting delayed sucks. That was going to be a PS+ title , or at least a simplified version anyway. Debating canceling my preorder for now, I have enough games I need to catch up on anyway.

I ended up cancelling mine because there weren't really any launch games I was interested in enough to buy a console to play them.

I had planned on seeing how Driveclub was and getting the full version of it if I liked it. If I didn't like it I was going to get NFS. Now I am getting NFS unless it ends up not looking good that week before its released.

I will also be betting gt6 on my ps3 regardless because its G mother f'n T6

Yeah, I was looking at this as well.
Last couple NFS games turned out pretty well with Criterion at the helm, they're not the primary on this one, but from what i've seen, Ghost has taken a lot out of their playbook.
I'm interested.

I know stuff got delayed but if you were going to pay for the console now whats the difference between paying $400 now and $400 middle of next year when the games do come out?

Eh more time to budget, I guess. If I'm going to unload mine it'll be for a profit so I can get more games/controllers when WD does come out.

I do admit for me my situation is different because I do a lot of flipping so it doesnt cost as much for me but just seems like if you were going to pay the money now and its no different between now and then, why not just get it now.

That's an extra $400 up front for Christmas shopping with WD coming out closer to tax return times. For people scrounging to get one that's a big difference.
