Amon's pretty much useless outside of a devil counter-attack team, so go with Sieg for sure.

A Byakko team will give you better burst on bosses, but Horus will offer more consistent activation. If I were you, I'd stick with Byakko for now. Just remember to clear off-color orbs and hearts as much as possible.

I can get the multiplier with Byakko almost every turn, but struggle to get that fourth attack for Hours for some reason. I think I just psych myself out.

Finally got this.
Didnt spend time reseting.
Got a Hatsume no Tsubone lvl30, didnt see her on the wikia list, so prob junk.
Rank 13, and had no real trouble until Demeter Forest - Hungry Green Dragon (have gone through like 3 full staminas, always get very close on the last remaining boss).
Rest of my team is junk.. best other is lvl8 Blue Ogre.
No luck with PAL machine, nor random dungeon drops.
Do I just grind now?

I haven't looked into it too much, but it might be worth it to use the Carbuncles I'm sure you have amassed with Tsubame as the lead. Her leader skill gives Healer types 1.5x ATK and RCV so itll work with Carbuncles.

She isn't a great starter, but she can find some use later on if you want to build a Mono-Blue team as she is an orb changer.

What do you have in your box? Most of the levels at the beginning should be a cake walk even with some crappy monsters.

Do yourself a favor and reroll now, before you get very far. Demeter Forest isn't even close to where people normally get stuck (Tower of Flare). Hatsume is borderline useless.

Going to need to do some rank grinding in order to use Sieg after evo'ing him. Good thing I still need to grind out 2 Mystic Masks before I can evo him.

I did this the other day when I finally finished Ult Evoing my balanced team. Luckily I was only 4 or so ranks off at the time from being able to use everyone again.

Nice roll. With him at level 30, he'll carry you for a while, even if you can't activate his leader skill. Just sucks that you just missed the Droid and Noel dragon from the recent event, though.
