I find the Room of Mask harder than the Twinlits dungeon. It is the same strategy, but the masks usually appear on the same timers for me. Sometimes I get three masks on the same timer which means I have to poison or burst.
Are you saving orbs in the corners? I usually have a pattern like this at the end of each round. Build it with only 1 mask left to be safe.
B = Blue Orb, X = anything else
B B X X X B
B B X X X B
X X B B X X
B B X X B B
B B X X B B
THis way you can either make matches of 3 to get rid of single masks, or you can burst them all down at once if you have 3+ on the same attack timer. It also helps if you have a poison like Neptune or AB the Blues, but I doubt you have either one.
EDIT: Also, once you have a row done (such as the very bottom B B X X B B) don't match anything in the row above it if you want to be extra safe. I've screwed up my pattern while not pay attention and end up matching 2-3 rows of blues. You only need to match one set of 3 blue orbs per round, any more is unnecessary because you will not break their defense.
I have Lillith who poisons... does that work?
( ' - ' ) I won't sweat it.
I need to keep improving my group anyways. I think the biggest problem is I'm not doing very much damage. I'll just keep attempting and working on all my other dudes. As long as I keep giving it a try and progressing little by each day I'll eventually succeed.
Buncha dragons and UmiYama. There's the Fire Dragon thing, The water dragon thing, the wood dragon thing, the holy dragon thing, and the shadowy dragon thing. I swap around the dragons depending on where I'm going. I don't really have anything else atm.
I basically fuck around on the levels before the boss to make sure everyone can activate before I do things.
Shine's creature-thing is both a blessing and a curse because his constant AoE will either drag me to the boss too early or help me win.
Fire Orbs are the bane of my existence when I can't convert them. Fuck fire orbs.
My messy box:
Spoiler: show
I kinda just got done farming stuff so there's junk laying around that I'll sell/feed later.
Do you have a dark attacker? UmiYama is Wind/Water/Light/Dark to activate so you need to have at least one Dark of some kind in there. I'd avoid using the Fire guy most of the time and try to stack some more of the types that are boosted by his activation. Ideally, you want to get all 4 in a combo as well as get rid of a set of fire or heart orbs.
UmiYama, Blue Dragon, White Dragon, Black Dragon, Green Dragon, UmiYama friend would work well.
EDIT: But you are going to want some new monsters for Tower of Flare. A Vampire and some of the Mystic Knights could take you a decent way.
I did my 30 pulls and got:
King Emerald Dragon, Green Moltdra, Super King Gold Dragon, 2x King Gold Dragon, Topaz Pengdra, and a Tamadra. Along with a bunch of junk that got sold for like 5k total.
Is there anything in particular I do with these, or do I just use them all on my Suzaku?
Each of those materials should be fed a monster with the appropriate element. i.E. King Emerald goes to a wood, King Gold goes to a Light. Tamadra are saved until you get to the last stage of evolution for a monster. When you check their info, there are three to four greyed out boxes on the right hand side. These are traits that are unlocked by feeding Tamadra.
EDIT: Also, only feed them to monsters if the exp will not be wasted. Kings give a lot of experience (150k for same element) so you don't want to overshoot and waste it. You can check how much experience is remaining to max a monster by going to their page on puzzledragonx.com.
Double Edit: Here's a screen cap of where you can find it on the monster's page. Directly below that will tell you how many of any given monster will need to be fed in order to max it out. What you put in is its current level and experience and hit the magnifying glass to search.

Mina:
Given your box, you may want to try mono-blue for now. You have a very limited selection of subs for UmiYama. Dragons have poor RCV, which means you won't be able to heal back when you can't trigger him. Lilith and UmiYama are the only ones with decent RCV, which may not be enough to carry the rest of your dragons.
Plessie
UmiYama
Dub Sappihlit
Blue Ninja
Blue Keeper
Your innate RCV will be lower, but as long as you pair with a leader with RCV boost (evo'd Plessie, Lakshmi, I&I), you should be fine.
Alternatively, if you can farm a Vampire and a Siren, that would greatly boost your UmiYama team. Mystic Stone Knight would also be great whenever he rolls around again. Expert Ice Mech Dragon on 2x drops (this Saturday from noon to midnight) would be a great way to get Siren.
I can get the two boys to proc whenever it comes to the boss. I just can't currently um... progress farther than I'm at which means I should probably farm and improve on what I have.
Been farming the daily dungeons right now to get upgrade mats for the dragons.
I'll definitely try to get a Siren!
Siren definitely gonna help you out. Dem heeeeels!
My grand feed took my Awoken Athena to level 66. Pretty ok with that.
Wish I could give you one of mine. I have 5 atm (4 on Android. 1 on iPad. I keep pulling them in PAL Egg.) @_@;;
I don't know if you're strong enough to do the Expert stage on Saturday to get the Siren, but if not you could always try running the normal dungeons that drop her repeatedly until you get one. I think the first one is called like "Mermaid's Feast" or w/e. Keep in mind you only have like a 2 or 3% chance to get it to drop so don't be discouraged if you have to run like 50+ runs to get one. That's normal.
Also, for anyone more experienced @ PAD, what should I be trying to focus on as far as teams/builds go. I have a lot of stuff now and I have really no idea what teams I should be using to start to clear content. I've only cleared one Descended Dungeon so far (Hera) and I'm looking to put together a good team that can start clearing out dungeons by the time the next wave of hard content comes around.

How comfortable are you with making decent combos (5-7 consistently)? Bastet is probably your best bet for Descends. I guess you could also start working towards putting together a R.Sonia devil team since you have some decent members for it already, but it will never put out the spike Bastet can.
Loki + Lucifer can get you Hera-Ur. DJ + Lucifer or Bastet can get you Hera-Is. From there, you'll have lot of options to either go Red Sonia Devil, Bastet Spike, or Loki + Lucifer tank.
I think Red Sonia can actually rival a generic Bastet for spike. With Loki's 1.5x, Red Sonia becomes 9x, but her colors are much more concentrated. Or you can do Baddie for almost 19x. Of course, if you do G/L or Healer Bastet teams, then it's another story.
There are so many descends now, so it's hard to say which single team you'll keep. I'd work towards getting the two Heras, and then go from there.
I went on a friendlist cleaning spree earlier. Add me plzzzzzzzzzz 384,976,295. My leaders are usually valkyrie, bao joker, and kushi.
