If you're in it for the long haul, it doesn't really matter, though red would have more synergy with Sonia (more red devils than blue devils). Eventually you'd have teams of all colors and make use of everything.

Red has native access to Echidna, a farmable staple that'll probably be used forever (probably the single most used monster in the entire game). Blue has native access to the skillable heartmaker Siren, which can be nice. But both are often used in teams outside of their colors anyway.

When you hit rank 20, you can send a gift to somebody, and you'll get another starter dragon (or a big exp fodder mob). Maybe you'll get a red starter there.

Pierdra eventually evolves to have a devil subtype, and since he is a heartmaker, he can be useful in some dungeons, so he can be useful on your Red Sonia team in the future. He can also be used a resist lead in dark and/or water dungeons, which can be useful for some of the harder dungeons like Hera and Hera-Is when paired with someone like Green Odin or Amaterasu.

Yeah, Pierdra evolves into Drawn Joker, which can be useful. A lot of the mobs are really situational. Drew Red and Green Sonias so far so now I have all three...saving the last of my stones for when friends get home. Really hoping for D. Meta

Yeah I read that Pierdra actually turns into a devil later on - which works with Red Sonia fairly well.

Have enough team capacity to run Strawberry now; it's so damn cute. And its ability is a lifesaver, though a bit overkill at this point.

I've just been saving stones from Technical and Team Challenge clears since restarting a few months ago. Spent the $1 for the 5 stones too. The Team Challenges really help.

evolved plessie to her third form... just in time for Demeter's Forest, where she's fairly useless. between her and bubble chimera (awesome, at least for now) my team is based around blue damage right now actually... sigh. I have some backups but the team won't be quite as amazing. such is life. better get used to building more than one team anyway.

how many monster spots do you guys have? I've been saving stones for the rare machine pull (though Sonia is the only god I've pulled, grr) but having only 25 spots is getting really frustrating.

also, should I be saving evo materials? they don't seem much good for fusion otherwise. but they're starting to clog up my box, and I feel like most of them I can easily get again later if I need them. at least the more common ones.

one more question: can I get rid of the monsters in my box from the tutorial? they are sitting there taking up space and it's driving me nuts. can't be fused, can't be sold, because they're "in use." NO THEY'RE NOT!

Yea, I still play. I just upgraded to 1.1k spots this week, but that's mainly because I'm a hoarder and been playing for like a year and a half.

A general guide is 2-3 times your rank in box space. If you're not IAP, you can just sell the evo mats that you don't need. It's not really feasible to keep them around, especially at the early ranks.

You probably still have those monsters in your other teams. Swipe left and right in your team screen, you should have like 3-4 team slots at your rank.

Really starting to fall in love with this game. At first it seems like another lolmatch3 game with a few money-grabbing gimmicks but it's actually deeper than I would ever have guessed.

Back in those days Ra on Mythical Valkyrie was a real achievement. Nowadays, everybody (myself included) just cheat and use Ronia.

that video was actually really helpful... I had never thought about how you can use the full time allotment for your turn to manipulate the board.

I'm not even kidding - I just became about ten times better at this game. I'm wiping enemies with ease where I was struggling against them before. making way more combos and area-attacks.

lol I thought when you said match 3 you might only be making ONE combo... glad it was helpful. You can really do some crazy shit if you know what to look for. Knowing how to manipulate the board really changes the game.
