I have so many tamadras (tamadri?) already... at least I assume that's what most of my unopened emails are. I don't open them because box space is more valuable than email space.

then again I suppose you need a metric fuckton of tamadras in endgame?

also, dragon plant dungeon needs to come along again soon. I have WAY too many unevolved pengdras from running technical dungeons.

random question: what is the best use for all the fodder crap I get from low-level dungeons? like when I need a rubylit so I run the red dungeon because the spirit dungeon is a week away... I end up with a rubylit + ten or twenty freaking goblins and base-level carbuncles. they are no good for XP, which sucks because fusing them can be really expensive depending on the beneficiary, and depending on the mob they may or may not be useful for skillup. also, I have no need for gold.

hmm... maybe feeding them to my pengdras. I can't think of a better use, really. pengdras need so little XP to max level that it kinda works out.

Thursday dungeons will get you the dragon materials you need. I've actually been spamming it today to try and get Dragon Fruits. With the 2x drop rate the plants are typically 100% guaranteed on battle 4.

And yeah, you're swimmin' in Tamadras now, but you'll eventually get to a point where you plan your days and set alarms around Tamadra events, lol.

w00t got a king emerald on both runs through the emerald dragon dungeon today. liu bei is now maxed!

also, question:

I'm clearing out my monster box and not sure who to spend my Sapphire Pengdras on. the options are:
- Andromeda
- Plessie
- Sun Quan (chibi)

leaning toward Sun Quan because I'd like to build a strong stalling/healing team, plus I'm having a lot of fun growing my carbuncles (I don't expect them to be that good, I just love them). not sure he's good for stalling though, since he boosts ATK (for healers, but still). I won't be able to use Andromeda for a very long time so even though she's useful I think she's not the right choice for now. and then again, maybe Plessie is the better choice? I could build a blue team fairly easily, though I don't have enough monsters quite yet.

Healer teams are fairly farmable, and sun quan is like a king shynee and echidna mixed together which is awesome. Andromedas ult evo is a healer, but her ult evo is kinda hard to get the mats for and her team requires heavy rem monsters, so I would out her on the back burner.

another question:

I have multiple copies of some gods: 3x chibi Lu Bu, 3x chibi Cao Cao, 2x Ronia. is it better to fuse them together for skillups or save them to place on a team? I figure Lu Bu would fit well with Ronia, while Ronia would fit well with herself. Cao Cao I'm less concerned about... his active feels underwhelming and his leader skill is good but not incredible, so I might just fuse him together to make space regardless. Gods are hard to get though, so I'm nervous about doing that.

I would keep both Ronias since she works as a great sub for herself. As for the chibis, I'd save them until you get the original versions. At least save one of each chibi gods for sure.

oh I'm saving at least one of each chibi god. I was just wondering if it would be a bad idea to fuse them into each other. I'll hold off for now; I fused a bunch of the fodder monsters and crap I was saving from event dungeons just because they're cute but that I will never actually use (at least not for a long time) and that helped.

I'd keep them in case you ever roll the real ones. But then I'm a hoarder with over 1,000 slots (and using them). >.>

I typically hold at least 2-3 of everything I get that is not farmable.

I would hold onto 2 of the chibis. 1 you evo and 1 you don't evo so that you can do 4 star dungeons possibly.

w00t I'm finally strong enough to take down Keepers reliably. now if I can just handle some dublits tomorrow, I'll be set for some pretty awesome evolutions. although last time I tried, expert-level spirit dungeon slaughtered me... but that was a while ago. some credit at least is due to BG; your high-level friend helpers have been amazing. I'm also getting a bit better at strategy - making more combos and clearing as many orbs as I can instead of focusing on the RPG side of things. it helps, sometimes.

still running my liu bei team... it may be paper-thin but with the right helper it gets the job done. liu bei with cao cao as a helper is insane, at least right now.

edit: well, Keeper of the Rainbow does 20k+ damage... I'll hold off for now, I couldn't use him anyway.

You can beat Keeper of Rainbow with a resolve team, by using an Ogre as a leader and then healing back to full in between hits, or you can bring a Green Odin friend. It will take a long time though and getting to him might be rough. I have a Green Odin you can use, just send me a message in PAD (assuming you added me earlier as a friend; my PAD ID is M_Drake@/r) and I can put it up for you if you want to use it. I try to refresh my leaders a few times an hour, so you should be able to catch it even though I'm much higher rank than you. If you can get your hands on a succubus from castle of satan, it can make the Wednesday and Friday dungeons easy, since poison damage ignores defense.

hmm I appreciate that but I'll pass this week. I'm a little bored of PAD and grinding out a boss like that would only make it worse. but I will probably PM you on a future Tuesday to see if you can put green Odin up - so thanks for the offer!

I will have to get me a Succubus. I've also been farming Flame Snake Woman for an eventual Echidna but her drop rate is abysmally low. I'm ok with that - it's not a real goal, just something to do when I'm bored.

Yeah, you can get some really good drops there. All the knights are 5 turn orb changers when skilled up and useful on many teams, and Naga can drop from Scarlet Snake Princess, with an actual decent drop rate if you can do some of the harder difficulties.

also, starting to build my Ronia team. how does this sound for a beginner/non-IAP?

from what I can easily obtain at my level (I already have everything but the Succubus) I feel like that's a good team. burst damage, check. orb changing, check. healing, check. attack power, check. also somewhat cost-effective, though still out of my range until I've grinded some more. obviously not a permanent team but should get me far... I think.

what do you think?

That's a start. If you can get a vampire, you'd have another versatile orb changer as well. It'll hold you over until you build up some of your reserves.
