Tamadra Spotted events today, woot woot!
Tamadra Spotted events today, woot woot!
Oh man I'm so lucky. I needed 1 ancient green mask to ult evo my perseus. I got the 1k pal points for today and some saved up, rolled 3 times and got ancient green mask and an ancient blue mask. My bastet team will be looking pretty solid soon, now I just need to lvling everything up
Noice. I managed to score a blue one myself after spending two on uevo'ing Andromeda. I don't want this machine to go away lol.
After doing at least 15 rolls, only decent things I have received are 1 KoG, a Devilit, and 1 blue tri-fruit
edit: Tamadra dungeon being good to me, 2 runs, 4 baby tamadras, 1 Tamadra, and 2 chibi... decided to feed the babies to my Lucifer and all resulted in awakenings.
Hey man that's pretty ballerI got kinda poopy awakenings from the babys. Maybe a 40% but I did get like 6 actual tamadras or more. Was kinda surprised at that.
So, I tried this game over a year ago, and while I was able to get pretty high on the normal dungeon ladder, I eventually hit a wall. I couldn't get any breakers/healers/knights units to drop, so I really couldn't do anything in the game until that happened. I eventually quit because of it; has this changed much? There's so many more monsters now, but did they really increase the way to obtain them? Are there more permanent dungeons to go into and target farm basic things (Knights/Healers) or do you have to wait weeks for things to roll around and hope for the best?
Is it mostly -> Start on God Fest and roll a good starter -> Rank up while using as few stones as possible, rolling on God-Fest events -> Hope you got enough synergized drops to be able to take on rotating dungeons or hope you got lucky, with monster drops in dungeons, and hit the same route?
That's still the basic idea yes. But with all the events and stones they give out, it's not hard at all to get descend-capable leaders.
This past event they brought all the mystic knights and echidna dungeons back in. I don't think normal dungeons have anything you can farm for with decent rates.
They also made stam 5mins to refill instead of 10 like when you played. The best places to farm knights would prolly be divine queen hera dungeon in normal. 40 stam dungeon before the two heroes.
progress update:
dual attacker-type leads are killing shit right now. I switched out one of my ninjas for Water Wizard, Sharon and holy shit is she useful. her active is a small taste of what future boss battles are going to look like, I imagine - convert orbs, match like crazy, blow shit up. VERY useful. she's going to get me through Flare Tower, I can tell you that already.
I really should have put an orb converter on my team earlier... this is sick. 9 turns to charge, too!
Splooshes for Discipline Athena...gotta get my GZL team ready for her future addition. Makes me wish I started a JP account. I've started to use Sharon myself, although I've been sticking her in an Andromeda team for now until I get their awakenings and subs worked out. And yeah, dual attackers will carry you a long way in farming and clearing Normal and Technical dungeons.
Right now my primary speed farming team is Liu Bei/Vector Finn/chibi lilith/Hanzo/GZL. Switched Hanzo to sub as soon as I maxed out Liu Bei. Bring on Dmeta. My body is ready damnit.
I just rolled Incarnation of Kirn, Sakuya, and I hear she's pretty much top tier, so I was going to try her out. I kind of wanted to try and keep re-rolling, but I don't have a lot of experience managing multiple PAD accounts, via any method, and I don't want to risk losing this roll, especially if it pans out.
Thoughts on how to best go about doing multiple PAD accounts? I would want to do this, eventually, if just to farm gift dragons. I have an Android 3LG phone.
There is a guide on the pad reddit I think. That's too much work for me. You have to root or unroot, I don't know what any of it means really. I'm just kinda lazy to learn.
I wouldn't bother. if you got a free roll you're happy with, I'd stick with that. you'll earn plenty of stones during the beginning of the game and there will be godfests later to spend them on. your free roll won't even be all that useful until much later depending on cost and potential subs - it took me months to get enough subs for my Ronia and I still don't have enough team cost to use them yet.
also, hanzo makes me /jealousI have a ton of his little ninja brothers but it's not the same.
also, Tuesday Dungeon is my new favorite dungeon. easy 4k xp and my liu bei team just plain breezes through it. rainbow is still beyond me without the right setup (and I couldn't use him for a while so I'm not bothering at the moment) but I'm stocked up on r/g/b keepers. also light keeper... I have four of him, and I only have one potential use (Apocalypse) which I can't even use yet because a) not high enough level b) missing other evo materials. 25 stam is a bit much but when I just want to squeeze in a few dungeons between real life happening it's not a problem.
I remember one of you was saying you need light keeper... it's funny because I get one every single time I run a keeper dungeon lol. no dark keeper though
last thing: I got cerberus from PAL machine. probably the best PAL roll I've gotten. he'll be insanely useful... about a year from now when I can ultevo himlol. still not bad for the time being though.
Oh also, I don't know if it has been mentioned. You should get your box to about 100-125 starting out. I know spending stones on box space is kinda poopy, but you will spend them on box space, so you might as well do it now.
my box is like 200... lol. got tired of needing dragon plants but not having enough space to store them on wed (thurs? i forget). and running tower of giants for dragon plants is... eh. it's good xp on the weekends but the dragon plants are rare and the drops even rarer.
hmm didn't realize there was a liu bei skillup in that dungeon. I didn't believe you until I looked it up lol. thanks for the tip!
edit: gah, it's the same old story. intermediate drop rates too low, expert difficulty too high. I could probably squeak through blue fairy on expert but it would be close.... I've already tried and died a few times.
ah well. that's one of the nice things about this game; there is always another way to progress. I wonder if I can handle dublits yet... those guys are holding up so many of my evos.
So the PAD Academy REM has the normal Heroes as the 5*s and chibis as the 4* (details below). Objectively speaking, this is a huge trap, especially for newer players. The heroes, whether chibi or normal, are really hard to build around, so it's not like landing one or two of them will get you a new team. The chances of landing the 7*s are probably 1-2% for each, so best not to hope for them, unless you're rolling a lot (30+).

do the collabs ever come back through? because dear god do I ever want Supergirl. so bad. not because she's useful - although she is - simply because she's awesome.
